Really good service
I tend to go Direct to UK POS and have built up a really good relationship with Daniella Axiaq, Senior account manager.
She goes out of her way to be helpful, and because we do have a good relationship, she will come back to me really promptly if there are any queries on my orders whcih would not happen if I was ordering online.
I know that she will always give me the best price and match the online offers.
The service I get from UL POS is very good and I would recommend using them.
Their pricing is also very competitive and if it is an item that is not off the shelf, they make products as well.

Super accomodating and helpful
I’ve had a fantastic experience with UK POS. The staff (especially Georgia!) is extremely helpful and always go above and beyond to support our needs. Even with last-minute requests, they are consistently accommodating and work quickly to find solutions.
The quality of their products is excellent — durable, professional, and exactly what I need for my clients. Delivery is always reliable and on time, which makes a huge difference when working to tight deadlines :)

Jenny at UK POS is my main point of contact, and I regularly request store items through her. She is incredibly helpful and supportive, always responding to my requests and queries very quickly.
