Really pleased with great all round service
Really pleased to have stumbled across UK Shelving. I did some research online as well as phoning and having a very easy informative conversation with Ryan who answered all my questions. I felt very confident in placing my order. The item I bought was very well priced, much cheaper than other sites, it was brand new, factory sealed and arrived promptly, so I was really pleased. UK Shelving is very customer friendly
Ryan in Sales gave me great help and advice, when I was looking to buy racking as a present for my partner. Thank you, Ryan. The product arrived on the chosen day in perfect condition. I couldn't have been more pleased. To my great disappointment, however - my partner says the racking won't work for him. I'm going to have to return it. I hope Ryan will understand. Watch this space.

I have looked into your order and you placed it on Friday 22/11/24 at 21:59pm. The order was delivered and signed for Wednesday 27/11/24 which is 3 working days so there was no delay and you received it within the stated delivery window.
When placing an order it states delivery is in 2-3 working days and we are closed from 5pm Friday until 8.30am Monday as displayed on our site.
