I was looking for quality and this classy globe more than fills the bill. I love the size and the coloring, but most of all the fact that they've correctly labeled the Gulf of MEXICO. Thank you for not caving to the rantings of a lunatic!

We are so impressed with both the Waypoint Geographic globe and their outstanding customer service. The globe itself is engaging, educational, and beautifully designed — our 6.5-year-old absolutely loves geography and was beyond excited to receive it.

When a part unexpectedly broke on the very first day (Christmas Eve), we were understandably disappointed. However, Waypoint Geographic’s customer service completely exceeded our expectations. Kimberly was kind, empathetic, and incredibly responsive, and they promptly shipped a replacement over the Christmas holidays without hesitation.

The speed, generosity, and care they showed turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience for our family. Customer service like this is rare, and it speaks volumes about the company’s values.

We will absolutely continue purchasing Waypoint Geographic products and highly recommend them to other families. Truly a 5-star experience from start to finish.

I've long searched for the perfect globe light for my husband and I found it here. When my 94 year old Mom visited from California to Florida, she saw it, and stewed over getting the same globe for herself for a number of days. Then when she did purchase it, her neighbors saw it and I purchased it for them as a gift.
Great customer service, great product!

The customer service was outstanding. I had ordered a globe and stand for a gift for Christmas. Only the globe had arrived. I contacted Ultimate Globes and reached Sean. Sean quickly was able to look up my order and see that only one item had shipped. He took care of it immediately and had the missing item shipped. He reached out to me via email to be sure I had the tracking information, etc. The second item arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Sean went above and beyond on making sure my order was complete and that I was satisfied. Highly recommend.

Poor quality control. One of the predrilled wholes for the attachment of globe stoppers was located under the leg. Emailed their support and no response after two days. Called support and no one answers or returns calls. This globe with stand is made in China and is constructed with nothing more than pressboard. They even use a cheap incandescent bulb instead of an LED light. Paying well over $300 for a $100 at best globe is a total ripoff! Stay away from this company!

Do NOT order from this company! After ordering a globe that was too big for my space, I tried to exchange it for a smaller size. I went through the process of an exchange, but I was charged the full amount for the new globe. It then took days to authorize my return of the first globe. When I went to ship the globe back, the company did not supply a return label, and the return shipping cost were $200 on an item that cost $400. This is completely unacceptable.

I bought a globe from somewhere else for near the same price and it felt SO cheap, I immediately returned it and googled for other options. I’m very happy with the quality of this globe and the affordability. It will be in our household for years to come.

First of all I must say the globe that I purchased is quite nice looking with plenty of details. However, the tape/band that seams together the globe around the equator started coming unstuck. I contacted ultimate Globes and I got a little bit of a run around from them but eventually they said they would replace the globe after I had sent them pictures. I was told that the production line was shut down until March or something like that and that they would send me one when the production line started back up. However almost 6 months later I have not received the globe they promised to replace this one. As far as what could they do to make it better? They could follow through with their promise of sending me a new globe.

The product is exactly as described. Ordering was simple and delivery was prompt.

Yes, it was me. The first one I ever purchased was in 2016 on a cruise ship. Both my husband and I were fascinated by it and so were our families.

I purchased 4 globes this time, another one for me, one for my great 7yr old and one for my 9yr old nieces and one for the school room of my niece that teaches 4th grade.

If they are well accepted, I will be ordering more of them for other family members and friends.

SCAM!! I ordered a globe for my brother for his birthday, and at first they sent the wrong globe. The one I received was of far lesser value, and looked like something you could buy at the school book fair for $10. Despite the $70 price tag, when I received the Quincy globe (the one I ordered), it was similarly cheap looking and not at all like the photos or descriptions. I returned the globe and demanded a refund, which was never processed or granted. When I followed up with the company, they said they never received my return and deleted all my account information so I cannot log onto the site anymore or access any of my order information to write a review.

First: Upon ordering, incorrect tracking number was sent to me so for six days I had no idea the globe shipped. Second: when received, globe came in one box and the base came in another box. The base was for a different globe. It took two weeks to get the correct base. Third: after assembling the base I opened the globe package and saw the globe was disassembled. Instructions indicated the globe as "one piece". Notified Ultimate Globes of the issue by email (they do not answer their phone). Never received any response. Final result was a credit card dispute.

Extremely professional and friendly. Gorgeous pieces. This was donated to Ali's Hope Foundation for charitable purposes - we are honored to have Ultimate Globes as a partner! Highly recommend!

Ordered an expensive globe on June 7, estimated delivery June 17. It’s now June 21, no globe. Has anyone tried to reach this company? They are horrible. Email only and NEVER respond. Now we have to cancel via our credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
