I’ve had the Ultraiser P1 Pro for about 10 weeks now. I’ve been using it regularly and I am thrilled with the impact it had had on my skin. 10 weeks in and my skin is plumper, tighter and generally looks so much better. It’s given me much more confidence and I feel great.
The Ultraiser is really easy and quick to use and is well made. Highly recommend
I purchased the Ultraiser P1 Pro a few days ago so it’s too soon to note any results, however, the device is easy to use and portable. The company have been happy to answer all of my questions very quickly. The delivery was exceptionally fast, I ordered Thursday and it was delivered on Sunday…. Wow. The device is expensive but I’m looking on it as an investment for my skin.
I love my ultraiser hifu. Have ordered 2 cartridges already, been using it for almost 2 years now. My skin is left glowing and feels tighter than before. Beats having to go out for treatments!
I honestly don’t know where these five-star reviews are coming from. I ordered my Ultraiser Pro yesterday and received an email acknowledging my payment with the order details. Was shocked to find out that my order will be delivered within SEVEN DAYS!!!! For a premium item, they cannot even offer an express delivery????
Also tried to email and call them using the customer service number found on the website. UNFORTUNATELY no reply on the email, no one picked up the phone - NOTHING! Now I’m worried about the payment I made with a non-existent customer service.

We acknowledge that you placed an order Sunday evening, emailed us Monday morning and posted this review very soon after. All happened before our office hours after the weekend.
In fact, your inquiry was answered within 3 hours. Your order was shipped within 36 hours after your oder made Sunday Evening. Obviously you received the product yesterday (Wednesday) as scheduled by our usual DHL Next day service.
We send automatic order acknowledgements stating the lead time may take up to 7 days. The Information about the lead time is shown on our web site where you shopped.
Your review was just based on the order acknowledgement sent out automatically from your order not reflecting the facts. We are sorry that you reviewed us very negatively while we were diligently processing your order.
We proudly serve our customers by answering within 24 hrs from their inquiries, and all orders from UK are delivered within 2-3 working days although it may take up to 7 days when couriers have issues.

I love it!! My skin was sagging due to stress & dehydration, and the Ultraiser firmed up my skin, countoured my face to the heartshape i once had, and will over time as collagen builds up, plump up the skin… i already see a glow but it will appear more and more as collagen builds up. Super easy manual with pictures and a warm service from the staff. I am seriously thrilled. I think i will use it no more than 1x/month or everyother month as it’s soo effective!
I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the correspondence I’ve received from the customer services regarding the use of the machine and it’s capabilities. I have emailed a few times with questions and have always received a polite and informative response within a couple of days. I’ve only used it a couple of times so I’m still awaiting seeing any results but I’m confident that I will.
The device works smoothly and results appeared after 3 months (using 1 x per week). Overall a good experience. Strongly recommended if you want to have a home salon:)
I have been using Ultraiser P1 now for just over 3 months, every 7 to 10 days and it’s working brilliantly.
I would highly recommend it. I have already been getting some great compliments on my complexion and my skin now feels so much better than before.
It looks more lifted and smooth and has a lovely glow. I don’t know how I coped without it before!
