Ive had 2 damaged products over the last month from umbrella. Took a week both times to get a response both times they said to go back to jb hi fi...i got refunds and ended up buying a different labels release and cancelled 5 pre orders from umbrella...lazy customer service for such expensive products. Why should i show brand loyalty when they couldn't care less about offering simple help
