I visited the Underated flagship store in Camden over the bank holiday weekend in order to get myself looking swaggish for a party i was attending.

I felt like i was given the VIP service at Louis Vutton. The assistant was helpful, polite and provided me with a variety of outfits to select from, whilst my girlfriend sat down in envy.

Best shopping experience ever!!!

It's bad enough a faulty item was sent to me which I completely accept happens at times but to now have a delay in receiving the replacement as well as an additional item I ordered on the 14th January is now becoming a joke. There is no communication unless I contact underrated and expecting me to just wait after these mistakes is also unacceptable.

Firstly they have made various breaches of the distance selling regulations/consumer contracts regulations such as not having a complaints address, no contact helpline, as well as claiming that I should have to wait before getting new items or a refund even though you are outside of the timescales stated on your website.

I've tried to be patient but considering my original purchase was faulty and now I'm still yet to receive my items i no longer feel I should be. Regardless of whether the issue is caused by Royal Mail the responsibility still lies with Underatedco as they are your chosen courier and it is underrated who received my money.

And incase somebody who can actually handle business wants to resolve the matter the two order numbers are 13125 and 13094 with a useless tracking number JA252872012GB

Purchased some items from the new collection. Delivery was very fast and received a free gift which was very impressive. Will be recommending this brand to others.

Personally i think its a great brand, unlike alot that exist it gives the buyer the chance to either wear a complete fit generated from the store and it not be overbearing or to just pick a couple garments reasonably priced and mix and match with other brands without your attention bring drawn away from their garments.

The cuts of most of their garments are really cool and different but still remaining subtle enough for the more conscious dresser which i think is great as more and more people want to get into fashion but dont have the confidence to stand out as a statement.

I think the colour ways they picked are great as they're current with what is trending perfectly, but still i think they could maybe push to stand out a little more by creating there own trends in a sense. Just because as an avid shopper myself, visiting clothing stores and researching brands daily seeing the Bieges, sands, khaki's, Black's, White's and greys dont get me wrong they look amazing but it is very common and takes its individuality away but apart from that critique its an amazing brand and recommend it 100%

In May of 2015, I bought a shirt from Underated's online store. It was too small, returned it, they acknowledged receipt but have refused to refund me.

After I posted a very negative review of them here (in October 2015), I was contacted by telephone by a very apologetic guy from Underated. It appears that my emails to Customer Service had stopped there and had not made it to anyone higher up in the company.

They have now refunded me the full amount and have assured me that they are taking steps to ensure that something like this doesn't happen again.

I'm still a little annoyed that it took 5 months to get a refund on a relatively small purchase, but as the title of the review says, it was a bad experience, made good in the end.

Even though a bit pricey this clothing brand is amazing. Their goods are very high quality. The clothing they produce is essential to streetwear fashion. I would recommend this to everyone looking to buy streetwear clothing

My first experience and I'm so disappointed. They sent me faulty jeans and ask customer service how to return them no one get to me. I had to go to the store to drop them off! After another 2 emails regarding my refund I had to open a case with PayPal!

@underatedco very dishonest seller, i have ordered two items but only received one, seller indicated my other item is sold out but there was no refund made to me, i have tried emailing their customer service email and Facebook but no replies at all, seems like i am not the only one. I highly not recommend you guys to purchase from them. Dishonest! They deleted all my enquires and conversations. but i screenshot them, they even deleted all their instagram photos. lol

I bought the Japanese cotton tees, material feels beautiful I get so many compliments.

In my 10 years as a buying manager in the fashion industry, I have never experienced communication this bad! Our company have made a small wholesale order for about 3.000 GBP, and Underated apparently refuse to reply e-mails or to communicate after the payment has been successfully transferred (13/2-14). In their terms they informed that the shipment will be done within 14-21 days after successfully payment. Despite we still haven't received any information, products or what so ever. Everything can be documented and it is our duty to tell everyone not to do business with this company!
