I recently tried to imported a ton of cooper from united steel in Shandong but on arrival it was steel wire sparked to look like cooper this company is a complete scam id advise anyone thinking of doing business to steer clear of this company and any others in china

They are born scammers. Don't do business with them. They will use photos of poor buyers coming to them for purchase of goods and will show them good quality stuff, will made them pay and will send steel coated with copper. United Steel (Shandong), Guangdong Maner Steel, Shandong Zhuosheng Metal Products Co., Ltd.. all three work together in one office to scam poor buyers. Don't do any business with them.

Fraudulent Transaction Warning – United Steel

United Steel advertised and offered pure copper wire for sale. After receiving a sample and conducting a purity test confirming copper content, I purchased 3 tons.

Instead of fulfilling the order, United Steel shipped 3 tons of steel, not copper. They have refused to refund my payment or deliver the actual copper crates that appeared in their own video footage—footage showing the correct copper product, weighed for shipment, and clearly labelled with my company name.

This is a deliberate act of fraud.

Do not use this company
I bought one tonne of copper
Wire.
They sent a sample which was real copper and you can tell from the inner core that t was real copper.
We then waited 3/4 months for the delivery, during that period they took 4200 to be sent DDP shipping. They then changed their minds and said could only send CIF. They would not refund the 700usd difference and he said it was impossible to do this.
We eventually receive steel worth 100usd.
They coat the steel with copper coloured paint to disguise it.
It is magnetic which copper isn’t and when cut with a grinding disc sparks are seen that proves it is steel not copperas copper does not spark when cut.
The scammer Jason is very rude and when challenged goes defensive and says “do you lot understand importing?”
He even showed himself and his colleague on video chat and also pictures of them with other clients( probably waiting to be scammed)
They will soon be caught up with as we have sent people over to get our money back

Guangdong Maner Steel Co., Ltd. is a scam company, no delivery when trading. If delivered, all are poor quality goods. If you trade with ROSE JI, please pay attention to the scam issue.

I have also been scammed by United Steel (Shandong) Co., Ltd.
I paid for goods that were never delivered, or what I received was completely different from what was agreed upon.

I’m very disappointed and don’t know what steps to take next.
Can someone please advise me on what I should do?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

The law office I have engaged is named LANDING LAW OFFICE based in Shenzhen, they specialize in cases involving trade disputes between international clients and local suppliers based in China 🇨🇳. United Steel has a track record of systemic fraudulent dealings. The more of us come together the stronger the case will be against them under there local jurisdiction. These guys exploit the fact that international customer will not know what to do and have no legal recourse and believe we will just go away. But when you consider the laws in China 🇨🇳 are very strict against fraud and criminal activity they have allot to lose and will come to the table.

We are a trading company with the same experience of being misled by United Steel and going through the process of communication with a "Jessica" and paying the supplier and going through the shipping process and to then upon arrival of the cargo to be misled with several ton of boxes containing worthless material that are not what we paid for.

We tried the mediate issue with United Steel. But when we took note that they were not going to do anything we immediately compiled all the evidence and took legal action against them. The dispute is currently ongoing and encourage anyone else with the same situation to join us

All communication seemed fine, bank transactions were legal, invoices were spot on, there was shipment tracking [delayed a little]. We received the shipment, cleared it through customs, we opened it AND ... it is not what we ordered!
Our order, and invoice was for a shipment of Scrap Copper wires. What we received was Iron wires!
We went back and reached out to United Steel, who dodged our communication for a couple of days at first, & their reply was "Not true! We sold you Iron wires!".
Ok, we checked our invoices and the shipment manifest one last time just to make sure our sight was not lost. Nope! We ordered and we were sold Scrap Copper wires. Now we are stuck with a product that was have no use for and on top of that we have to lease a space to store it.
We urge anyone who approach this company to avoid dealing with them, & if you had already, don't pay them a penny before you receive the product you are sold as per your agreement.

Is fraud and cheater.

Alibaba is not genuine site.
ALERT.

By Alibaba site, we came in contact with Daisey, for importing Aluminium scrap wire in India, after all cheting, Daisey Issued PI at $1400/ton for 3 tons total $4200, we paid $2100 for 50%
As per 10 days loading period, 18 days passed, we asked for loading status, they replied that $1000/ton price nearly doubled increased.
As per agreement, they are not ready to give material or not ready to refund.

This is systematic way of cheating.

I was also scammed out of over $6,000 of copper. Was sent a bunch of steel which was worth $74 to be exact instead of my thousands in copper they ran off with. Just a bunch of scammers.

I purchased copper from United Steel (Shandong) Co but was scammed, as I received fake products instead of real copper. I want to warn everyone to be cautious and thoroughly verify before doing business with this company.

I strongly advise against doing business with United Steel (Shandong) Co., Ltd. I had a very negative experience with this company that resulted in the loss of a significant deposit. After agreeing on terms for a purchase, I paid a 30% deposit upfront with the understanding that the goods (a truckload of copper) would be shipped and the remaining 70% would be paid upon receipt. However, after sending the deposit, the company refused to send the goods, claiming that the salesperson made a mistake by agreeing to those terms.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation, they refused to return my deposit or fulfill the order. I have since reported them to the local police and contacted a lawyer to pursue legal action. Additionally, I am in the process of seeking a refund through their bank.

This company operates with unethical practices and a complete disregard for agreements. Please be cautious and avoid any dealings with United Steel (Shandong) Co., Ltd. to prevent similar losses.
