Overall happy with my experience with Unitranslate and Mr. Polat. Straight forward and uncomplicated communication, properly done translation, grood pricing.

We recently contacted UniTranslate to translate some documents from Bulgarian to German. We had many problems before finding them. Mr. Berhan Polat was extremely helpful, including contacting the civil registry after having a problem, and he helped us resolve it.
They are the best translation company; it took them only two days to send us the documents.
Conclusion: They are a professional, fast, and reasonably priced company. We definitely recommend them. A special thanks to Berhan Polat and the rest of the company.

Wir arbeiten als Unternehmen seit über 5 Jahren mit UniTranslate zusammen. UniTranslate übersetzt für uns hauptsächlich Firmendokumente (Handelsregisterauszug, Statuten usw.) für das Ausland. Bisher lieft alles reibungsfrei, und die Übersetzungen wurden anerkannt. Ich kann UniTranslate wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

In early January 2023 I commissioned the translation of one of my apps from English to French to the translation agency UniTranslate. Since my first contact email I was taken care of by the business owner, Mr. Polat.

The translation I got back was full of errors of all kinds (punctuation, typos, etc.). I pointed the different kinds out in a list by email. The second version of the translation I got back still contained a considerable amount of errors, some of them the same as in the previous version and some new ones, which I again pointed out. In a sarcastic formulation Mr. Polat inquired whether I had found more than one error; I replied that yes, I had found several of them. That seemed to be the boiling point for him. In a reply written in all caps, he wrote that "NO WRITING ON THIS EARTH IS ERROR-FREE!" Can this really be the mindset of a translation agency? That every text shall contain errors? In my case, had I requested the translation of a text the size of a young adult book, it would have contained hundreds of errors. I'm sure that if Mr. Polat would put his own all caps words as a slogan on his website, he would loose most of his clients.

Since then, and particularly since publishing this review, Mr. Polat did many unpleasant things: he insulted me, he harassed me, he threatened me and accused me of being sick, and a liar. When asked what lies he was talking about, he never replied, and instead kept spreading lies about what I had apparently done. It's unfortunate that a business owner is able to treat customers like this.

UPDATE: Mr. Polat tried to take down my review by flagging it as containing "harmful or illegal content", but the TrustPilot content integrity team, after receiving proofs from my side, confirmed that my review is supported by facts. Even after seeing that, Pr. Polat keeps updating his reply to my review by inventing things about me, such as: "You have threatened to come to our office and cause chaos" and "called us 10 times a day for months from various phone numbers". I have the impression that he knows that his questionable behaviour can indeed ruin his business, otherwise he wouldn't lie so boldly without being able to provide any proofs.

We gave UniTranslate (NLP GmbH) a big mandate to translate some business documents from German to Chinese and English. They finished the job before the delivery date for a very good price. The project leader was very kind and flexible. Although we had to do some major changes during the project and they implemented the changes very accurately.
