The service was good and delivery was quick. The quality was good, although I would have like to have padding on the inside like a pair of older Unze shoes that I have. But I am still happy with them. The sizing was also accurate.

Wish i could -5 but... Very unprofessional team. Even they dont know how to talk with customer. They misbehave and hang up calls.

Wish i could give a zero but i cant. Awful experience. Still awaiting my refund which was promised two weeks ago. Placed an order for next day delivery paid £5.99 only for nothing to arrive when I did contact them about it i was given the excuse of “its a pandemic and out of stock item” and that id receive my refund by the end if the week which i didn't and still getting same excuse. Its really horrible when people are struggling during this pandemic and you get scammed by people! I just wanted to get my baby shoes for her first Eid!! ALSO after the email confirming order i received nothing regarding cancellation of order etc! Terrible service awful experience. Would not recommend.

Very appalling and poor service. Read your messages but don’t respond. They sent a wrong size shoe but despite asking for refund so many times, they haven’t responded.

I was so excited to receive these shoes! They’re so lovely!! Perfect condition and soo comfortable!! I bought a pair of khussai, very very soft and comfiest khussai I have! Barik Allahu feek!

Befooling people by saying that they offer lifetime warranty. Never exchange or refund their faulty items making lame excuses. I bought 2 pair of comfy shoes one of which broke the very first day i wore and the other broke within one month. Neither took the responsibility to repair the shoes nor exchanged. When i call them they said shoes can be replaced within one month after purchase. Then how they can claim that they are offering lifetime warranty? Another condition for replace or refund is that shoes must be unworn and unused. Who the hell idiot will buy shoes to decorate his cupboard? I think their shoes are just decoration piece. Above all I showed them the picture of shoe that broke the first day and was unsed even then they didn't replaced it. Very Very Very bad experience.

I bought 5 pairs of shoes from Unze London. They were as same as shown in the picture. all the shoes are so beautiful, classy, comfortable and durable. If you are looking for the long-lasting comfort, beauty and quality the shoes of this brand are the best thing for you. In short, I would say, ‘’the most comfortable shoe i ever worn’’

Horrible customer service, you will get ignored completely when asking for refund. The are a SCAM. I tried chasing them both on phone and via email and got nothing. Still haven't been refunded or any sort of confirmation. AVOID at all cost. You are better off buying it from somewhere else even if it means paying more.

I am considering reporting them and definitely not going back to them in the future.

I’ve had a terrible customer experience frI’m Unze. I returned several shoes due to them being too big and have not received a refund. Even after emailing to chase up several times, I have now just been ignored and think it’s awful service. This doesn’t make me want to shop with Unze again or recommend.

Beautiful shoes. Are a bargain at 50%off eid sale. Delivery was super quick, received expedite delivery the very next day.

Plz listen I order 2 slippers they 2 but they were same but which I ordered were different and the sizes are same and the slippers which white slipper I order they gave me two of them instead of the other one which was of beige colour.
1 was okay but we need another one of that colour only

The customer support is crap. Mind my language, however, let me share my story.

Due to COVID-19 I ordered Online shoes. I got the delivery today. I tried the pair and it has size issue. I called the customer support and they said they can't change now and come after two weeks. I'm a Muslim Eid is like Christmas to us. Eid is within two weeks time.

They also said that go buy the size you fit on the outlet and then after Eid apply for refund. Means double pay them.

Even a small hawker in local markets allow size change. It's a genuine and legit issue of customers.

And, I'm not the only one. Their Facebook page is flooded with such complaints, which are being removed by the admin of page.

Don't buy online from them.
