I ordered three bottles of Bio Claire, this is a skin lighten lotion that lighten without Hydroquinone and three bars of Bio Claire soap. I received the soap it was fine, there is not too much you can do to soap to cut corners. However the Bio Claire lotion was a different story. I was sent three bottles of pure white thick lotion without the skin lightening agent in it, the lotion was so thick it did not absorb into the skin. The product was old and when you removed the tops, there was a brown sediment on the top of each bottle, and this let me know the product was outdated, because I have thrown out unused bottle with expired expiration dates, when opened the tops of the bottles had this same brown sediment on the tops of the bottles. I called and left a message about the product and I never recieved a returned call. On the site I was allowed to leave an email about the product, was told that I would have to take a picture of the product and send it back to them, they would then forward it to another location to find out if they could return my money, this is the second time this has happened to me with USBeautyBazaar. Buyer Please be aware find another site keep your money! The Bio Claire lotion is not the original product!

I made an order 8th and never heard anything till I pushed for an answer on 11th May. I only heard because there was error their site which I reported. My order was cancelled with no explanation.

Th customer service is exceptionally poor though I was refunded after emailing about the progress of my order.

This will be the last time I will be buying anything from this bulshit website. I order extreme glow soap for almost one week now, and it has still not been shipped. How can it be the same US and order has not been shipped for almost a week??? If you are not ready for business better not take people’s money!

I ordered 23 items with 2 separate order numbers. When I saw the 📦 from post office I signed n received my package but when I opened it only 6 items, 17 items were missing. I have send multiple emails with the ID NUMBER and all the missing items but to no avail.
They send me an email that every item has been delivered, which is a lie.please a lot of complaints about your delivery system. I am asking for justice. How can you include all items delivered when you know you put only 6 items. Where is my balance items. Please I am extremely disappointed. You are acting fraudulent. This is stealing by tricks. I need my balance items.
You never reply emails and keeping people in suspense.

Fast shipping ,only thing was some of the lightening oil had seeped through the packaging . Not a lot tho over all great!

I never expected to get my order that fast, because that was my first order ever. They are very competent. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs his/her order urgently.

I have been a loyal and long time customer of Usbeauty Bazaar and I must say that they do an exceptional job with making sure products get to delivered to their customers on time as well as make sure any questions or issues are taken care of and solved. I have not had any issues with this company and all products are good quality.

RUN . I BOUGHT TWO PRODUCTS FROM THEM THEY FIRST SENT ME A HALF EMPTY USED BOTTLE OF PRODUCT. THE OTHER ONE IS FAKE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
