If I could give them a lower rating I would.I've been trying to return a pump that was never used,within the 30 days specified by their return policy,and can't get a reply.Prior to discovering that my existing pump was repairable I contacted them with a question about the new pump,they replied days later,with a curt,rude response. What a kook show.

Terrible service. I placed my order(10343) and waited 3 weeks hearing nothing. After contacting us parts center, my order was shipped, however the wrong item was sent. I had ordered Leisure time citrabright surface cleaner, but received leisure time jet clean instead. I have contacted us parts center twice about this issue and have heard nothing back. I am now going to contact my credit card company and let them deal with this .Awful service.

Phone operator was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Got the parts I needed in a prompt time frame. Good experience. Highly Recomend! Thank you for the service.

I couldn't find my pump on the website so I did the chat option and they emailed me back the direct link to the pump order page within the day. Then when I had further question I called their customer service number and the man on the phone was helpful and even gave me the part number of what I needed. Great experience!

We sent in pictures of the part we needed & staff was kind enough to review & make recommendations. The delivery was via FedEx, which we like, & the parts fit perfectly. Our questions regarding the status of our order were promptly answered.

Still have not received the parts that I paid for.

I called in to inquire about my order and the guy who answered phone was extremely rude and hung the phone up on me. This ignorant guy needs to be fired.

I paid $10 to ship a $20 part and I have had to call 4 times and now it is finally on the way after 3 weeks. Never buy here again.

I sent pictures and everything stating I had a circulating pump on my spa and gave you the Chip version in the picture. I ordered the Board per your online advisor saying that was "Easy Peasy!" I received a Motherboard that states "No Circ pump", I also paid $40.00+ for 2 day shipping ordered on a Monday and didn't receive until Tuesday the Following week? That's 7/8 days to me! I tried putting the board on in case you guys knew better. Nope "No Heat" and one of my main pumps runs 24 hours a day? Maybe someone could Help Me? Dave Johnson 916-416-7499?. Thank You!

My order took weeks and weeks, plus 3 phone calls to get my pump shipped to me.. I was told there were over 30 of this pump stock, no one would ship it out. Over the last yr this has happened 3 times now.. If there were another company out there, they would get my business.

I did not have received my order yet . Could you please tell me when it will be delivered
