Ordering process easy

No delivery date and no response When I emailed them. The tool box was ordered as a present for my son‘s 18th, which is today and I still haven’t received a dispatch date.

I am reasonably pleased with my tool cabinet but the alignment for the wooden top isn’t as good as it could be. The drawers could have been locked as when lifting off the delivery lorry they shifted and caused a dent in the bottom middle drawer.

The delivery was prompt and the tool trolley is great, just vas advertised, I will find it very useful

draw runners failed on a draw contacted them and was told they would send new runners they didn't arrive contacted again was told the would resend a set and they didn't arrive this went on for a couple of months and the final option was to return for a replacement or refund

Look good ( as most cheap Chinese products do ) Not made in the USA of course .
Utter tripe
Had to send mine back the day I opened it .
Ok for storing very light weight stuff like fairy cakes but as a decent “tool” box it’s a no.
In the end I bought a 10 year old Seely toolbox
Didn’t look great and was the the same price and whilst not top quality I know it will last 🤗

I have used US PRO in a prefessional environment for many years and find them up to the job and very reasonably priced. But recently I bought a set of hardened multi step downs/ups and on my third occasion to use the 1/2 to 3/8 step down with a torque of just 60 NM on it, it completely sheared cleanly at the very base of the 3/8. The metal did not show any twist but showed bad casting as no real central penetration. The four corners looked like they all just let go and a large circle is evident in centre break point. Disappointed but wont stop me buying more again. I'm not sure how to get any warranty on the failed piece if any. So I have just bought a new Milwaukee single step down to replace it into the set. It may just be down to one bad piece in my case and this happens I suppose.
