I am very dissapointed with the service provided after collecting my new car.My new car arrived with a dirty engine,I later called V12 letting them know about the dirty engine and they told me someone will call me back,I have not received a call back and I am still waiting for someone to call me after they said they would clean the engine.How can I buy a car for £20K with a dirty engine and the inside was dirty aswell.This is unproffessional and unacceptable.I am very dissappointed.

With regard to the engine bay, modern vehicles are not routinely pressure washed or heavily cleaned as part of the preparation process. This is because introducing excessive water or cleaning chemicals into the engine bay can risk damaging sensitive electrical components, sensors and connectors.
We do, however, expect the vehicle's interior and overall presentation to meet a high standard before handover, and we're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. If you would still like us to review your concerns, please contact our Customer Care team and we'll be happy to discuss them further.

Pushy salesman
A lot of waiting around, which I guess is to be expected. The negative experience came from a salesman called Cameron, who was very lovely right up until trying to upsell me on various warranties. By which point, upon my refusal, he seemed very frustrated and didn’t hide it at all. As a lone woman, the pressure was almost unbearable to the point I was incredibly uncomfortable, which the tone shift added to. The woman I initially spoke to on the phone, and the guy from handover, were both brilliant. So it’s a shame about the rest of my experience.

most discusting place ever don’t go there ever to buy a car at hickley v12 sports the valeters don’t even valet the car properly rather go to real valet and clean the car for £20-£10 inside all cars are dusty there is no hygiene toilets are all full of shit i came there to see a appointment car for 11 clock and waited for the car 1 hour to see they told me one guy from the valet his name was Alex to wait little bit more as they clean the car but the car was filthy dusty and inside smells like fish i don’t recommend anyone,
there are more better places to go to

The process was straightforward and clear. I had a frustrating experience the day before when I reserved a car and travelled two hours from Stoke-on-Trent to Worksop, only to find out the car was no longer available despite multiple calls confirming it. However, Vish completely turned things around. He was friendly, honest, and quick to assist. He explained everything I needed to know about the car in detail, which made me feel more confident moving forward. His approach was very helpful, especially after the trouble I experienced earlier. Thanks to him, I was able to secure the car without any further issues.

I am giving 3 stars because of Jordan who works in the customer service of V12 otherwise i would give 1 star only. I recently purchased a new Range Rover from V12 last Saturday. When we first visited the dealership, we met Cameron, viewed the car, and paid the deposit.
After returning to London, we spent four days trying to contact Cameron to arrange the final payment and collection. Every time we called, we were told, "I'll get back to you," or "I'm with a client." Unfortunately, he never returned our calls. We were customers too, but we felt completely ignored. The level of communication and customer service we received from Cameron was very disappointing and unprofessional.
After several unsuccessful attempts to reach him, we contacted V12 customer service. My husband spoke to Jordan, who was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He immediately sent us the payment link, explained the process clearly, and within 5–10 minutes everything was sorted. The payment was completed, and we were all set to collect the car on Saturday.
We also told Jordan about our experience with Cameron because we felt the way we had been treated was unacceptable. Jordan's excellent customer service completely turned the situation around, and we are very grateful for his help. Thank you, Jordan, for your professionalism and for making the process so easy.

Great price for the high specification car.
Tegan and Ben were great - and we were given a great price for our part ex.
No hard sell.
Could have told us the one key fob was lacking a backing case - that the car stank of smoke - and it had 3 different tyres across the 4 - but the manager agreed to knock of some money to compensate.
Overall great experience.

No After Sales service

The seller's response is just for show. I reached out to them many times before posting here. I have their final letter stating they are not going to do anything. They were not interested in resolving this amicably.

I bought a car from their store in Hinckley. Extremely friendly and polite, lots of smiles and claiming that they have the cheapest cars around (not really true). Also telling you that even if you don't get the extended warranty, they have a pot of money with over £1M they've put aside to help customers. "Just contact us and we'll be able to help you if something happens".
Of course you should never really believe anything a sales person tells you unless it's written down and signed with blood, but the after sales experience has been the absolute opposite of everything they claimed. I made a claim that should be covered and they rejected it straight away without even reading the provided information properly. They just buried their heads in the sand hoping for me to go away.
Due to their poor response, I decided to cancel the extras I had purchased and they have rejected saying that they told me it was all non-refundable. They never did and it's not in any of the documentation they gave me.
Finally, the car has an outstanding recall that they never told me about. I wouldn't have bought the car if I'd known because there's no fix at the moment.
They will not take the car back and now I am forced to use this car and pursue the legal path as the only way to get compensation for their appalling practices.

Sales advisor Cameron was friendly and efficient, easy to deal with, very personable.
Rayyan did the handover, was again done with efficiency and friendliness, found the whole experience stress free and drove away in our lovely car which was presented to us in pristine condition.
