All went to plan very happy with our new car service was really good

It is my 4th car with V4B which I think speaks volumes in satisfaction and hassle free service and simplicity in car replacement every 2 years.

original car order never came to fruition as delivery dates kept getting pushed back. In the end I changed cars to one that was available much sooner. The process could have been better initially with clearer lines of communication over the supply chain. However, once it was decided to order a different car, everything went very smoothly and V4B did a good job

Stay away, V4B will purposefully withhold information to get the sale only to reveal things later on when things go wrong. Initially inquired for a car which was advertised as "in-stock" on the website (this was incorrect and the car was never actually in-stock), then I was told it would be available in a few weeks, this was then further delayed for another month at which point they said there is no guarantee to when the car would arrive. They then refused to give my initial fee of £360 back even though they were unable to give me the car I had ordered. Customer service was terrible, would definitely warn anyone who is thinking of using them to think again.

Such a smooth procedure in finding my new car. Took delivery today, everything went like clockwork.
As for the the process of arranging the deal, V4B couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the whole process.
Great service, would highly recommend.

Josh and the team were a pleasure to deal with. Sorted out any questions I had quickly, and suggested different in-stock cars that I could choose from. I chose a Mercedes GLA and within a couple of weeks I have taken delivery. All without any fuss, and a good deal too! Recommended

i ordered a car in May. A few weeks ago V4B contacted me to say the price had increased by over £100 a month. i didnt realise that this could happen but if u read the small print of your contract, u will see it is in there. I should have read the small print but feel they could have told me this could happen too. V4B keep their commission though so i am the only one with a problem.

Very professional, easy to work with and highly recommended.

I ordered my car which was delayed due to a production issue but Dave managed to source me the exact same spec car and delivered to me within 2 weeks. I was always kept informed and the service was second to none! Will defo source my next car through Dave and V4B!

Ordered a Nissan qashqai through them, kept up to date throughout, slight delay in delivery but of no fault of the company. Car arrived no issues with it at all. Highly recommend and will use again when due for another

CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY POOR
Poor consistency in contact, patronising staff, money grabbing behaviour and generally a completely disappointing experience drawn out over two stressful weeks. My most sincere gripe now is the fact that I wrote a detailed complaint over 3 weeks ago and have had zero response. They took my money without owning their own error and in these difficult financial times, I see that as disgraceful behaviour. Steer clear of this organisation and look to a family run business with strong customer service values.

Michael Barnes was fantastic, You pay for what you get in life and Michael delivered exceptional service, supported me instantly when I needed assistance and was always supportive. First Class and I would use again. Thanks

Working with Mike at V4B, I found the service to be both professional, competitive and all in all a decent experience. At a time when cars were proving a nightmare to pinpoint delivery, Mike and the team regularly updated me, and I was not disappointed when our new vehicle arrived. Great job V4B and thank you!
