I love how easy the service were I love the way they give you the points and there's no rejections they just give you straight up a points and the money went straight to my account it was wonderful thank you again

If you're for real going to read & answer, this platform, like other credible survey platforms, for real, they will pay you. A serious situation down for a few hours certainly earns you a lunch break meal via doordash or any other ordering company you use. If you're not serious, don't clog up my free time and overload the surveys, just go back to scrolling socials. Payout process is legit with legit security process.

I have been a member of valued opinions for many years. In the last week I had trouble logging in, when I emailed their customer service and finally got a reply I was told:
“ Companies value the information collected through survey research. It is important for us to deliver only the best data to them. Unfortunately, our system detected account violations and suspended your account.”.
I have replied to them asking why my account has been suspended however was told to read their terms and conditions. Seems like their staff don’t know why I was suspended so just gave me a generic response. I would be interested to know in what their reasoning is for stating that I have caused a violation, I actually haven’t completed a survey for some time so I’m not sure what brought this on.
As a customer for YEARS I find this frustrating and quite frankly disgusting.

I have had a message saying system down for over two months so I guess they are shut down

Earn £20 in vouchers when to redeem them then had but valid ID I didn't have one so my account got banned

I have been a member of this community since 2014. As a senior citizen I let my rewards accumulate and use them for Xmas and birthday gifts. On March 11 I tried to redeem for a gift card and got an error message. I contacted customer support and was told my account was suspended for a violation of terms. I asked what the problem was and was told to read their terms and conditions. There is currently around $500 in rewards that have been frozen and I have no access. I completed many surveys in good faith and I do not consider this to be an ethical operation.

Valued Opinions used to give an acceptable amount of money for the surveys. Now, they give ridiculously small amounts of money for long surveys. They are not wrth doing because of this.

I enjoy their varietal of survey topics. I like the different types of rewards to earn points.

Regarding the account suspension issue: What actions are you taking? Does this fall under the umbrella of freedom of expression? And you call it violations and so on. It would be better if you respected the opinions of any member of your community, even if they are negative, and did not close or suspend accounts. I am one of the people whose account was suspended, and I am not happy about it. I want my account reactivated, especially since I completed identity verification. What more do you want?

NThis is a follow-up of my Jan.16th posting here on Trustpilot, Referencing the suspension on Value Opinions. with the reason being "Data Quality' and the foundation of it Was said to me 'Periodical security checks'. Folks if you believe that, I have some ocean front property in Arizona I could sell you. It was a Purge plain and simple. look how many are posting on here in the last month the same incident happen to them. They were eliminating people that have long tenures on the site. Guess there only looking for those for people to do few surveys and Move on.could be money issues. My sentiments are if they don't want me doing their surveys, Fine ! I'll give that benefit to another platform that's appreciative. But the one thing I won't let happen is to let them keep the award money that I have already rendered a service for, and they call it forfeit ; The IRS calls it something else because that is taxable income, no matter I work at home on a computer, or at a company's site, I earn my money on the internet. So I reported Values Opinions to the IRS & also the BBB and also the FCC. Then I contacted Value Opinions and informed them that I intend to press this; "Well this is the answer I got back from them word for word;

I find this amusing; they started off with a suspension. after me pressing why. And where's the money I already earned. and that I contacted three federal agencies, they elevated me to being "permanently deactivated ' now I would call that Aggressive Retaliation. So here's the Moral, don't let this organization scam you with all their Terms and agreement B.S, their doing business on the internet and you have legal rights on it to help you from being scammed.

All I'm saying is Don't let them keep your money that you did for the service of completing their surveys, and don't fall for that it's a forfeiture, do the good fight and get what's yours.

This is a survey site that is much better than others. Qualifying for surveys is easier here. Earning good rewards is available. Our opinions truly are valued.

I've been with this company for yrs.
All in the sudden out of the blue they said I violated their terms. I did no such thing.
I've been doing surveys for yrs with different companies and never violated their terms.
Don't recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your time

Dreadful. Their verification process didn't work. Apparently it couldn't process a passport.

Have answered surveys with this company for many years with no problems. Suddenly could not log in. Sent query, generic answer to do new password. No luck. Eventually after lots of messages to them, was told my account permanently closed due to 'violations'. No idea what these are. Had a balance of over £10. This company cheats. Do NOT use

Disgusting company. I use many survey sites and this is by far the worst I have ever come across. The only positive is there are constant surveys available but the reward is pitiful, 25 minutes in a survey for 50p and about 60% of the time they don't even credit you for the survey, redirecting you to the screen out page when the survey states you have completed it. Dire and will be stopping using. They may value your opinions but they certainly don't value you for providing them.
