Resposta da Vape Emporium
Hi Flavio, firstly please accept my apologies that you haven't received the products yet. Unfortunately shipping to Australia takes around 2-3 weeks at present, with both COVID and Brexit delays at the ports. You should have received an email confirming the tracking number, but please reach out to me directly on christian@nataral.co.uk if I can help any further.

First class service...always
First class service...always...from vape emporium. Their vape juices are also more flavoursome than some of the cheaper ones from other suppliers. Always on hand if something is out of stock and highly recommended.

Terrible
Terrible. Made an order a few weeks back. Heard nothing back, tried to contact them several times via email, twitter and telephone. Still nothing. Now having to go through Paypal to get my money back.
Avoid. Use the absolutely great VapeFiend website instead, like I should have!

Love from Japan
I first telephoned the Vape Emporium team somewhat before Christmas 2017, explaining the sad state of vaping in Japan. They hooked me up with a great sales team, great selection, and a one-of-a-kind wood mod. I'm hooked. Great work lads.
