Everything ok.
The goods I bought are perfect inside the original box and certificates. They seem to be a good shop with good prices. My product took 11 days to get home from my purchase, a bit more than they promise, but I don't really mind since everything was perfect.

Good experience but under several reservations
In the accordance with the seller´s web-site offer I ordered three items in the price which reached the postage free limit. The order was confirmed.
In subsequent days seller informed me that one item is sold out althought in the attached packing list there were still three items..
Except this disappointment moreover I had to pay postage fee, because the price of order didn´t reach the postage free limit not by my fault.
Delivered items missed the Swarovski certificates

Hello and thank you for your review. In order to avoid any misunderstanding, we would like to outline the whole procedure of your order, which unfortunately led to this poor review. The customer ordered a pair of retired earrings from the Hello Kitty line. This line of products had been retired for quite some time, so the stock was limited. Due to a human error the customer received a very similar pair of earrings, from the same line of products. The delivery of the incorrect item took about 14 days, because the destination country was in South America and we are located in Europe. Unfortunately, during this time the actual model the customer purchased sold out.
As soon as the customer contacted us about this situation, we expressed our apologies and instantly initiated the return procedure. All shipping & insurance changes where refunded in full. We are sorry once again for this mistake. We felt that a clarification was needed, as the assumption that it was our choice to dispatch the wrong pair of earrings, was presented by the customer’s review. This is definitely not the case.

Good customer service and quality.
The company sent me a shipment for a second time with no additional fee when my local post office sent it back for some unknown reason. The goods ordered were in perfect shape and 100% real. Contact was also very good. I can give a full recommendation, since they offer goods that are normally unavaliable in official shops.
