sales engineers offered massive discounts ( they do this for everyone). installation was good. the kit failed soon after, took ages to get an engineer but in the end got one. then I had a power outage, my network reset and none of the cameras could reattach to my network! another engineer.. another wait, had to escalate to senior management. then discovered they had only one Scottish engineer!
eventually, they got it working until the next power outage, this needed another engineer visit and then the external camera died. I'd had enough.. called and called the service.
They called me 8 times on no occasion were they able to hear me talk, so they chose to cancel my cancellation and keep billing me anyway. I'm almost two months in from my original cancellation date and they've issued two bills to me to pay. apparently, I cannot cancel this account until I've spoken to them. but when they call and I answer they cannot hear me conveniently! my phone works for everyone else! Don't give these guys your money they're like raconteurs!!!

We've been a customer of Verisys for many years and have never had to contact customer service until recently. Wow, what an experience 🙄!
If you call, they cannot answer any of your questions, rather give you an account manager's contact information that will not respond to you. If you put in a general inquiry to their "contact" us an automated email with excused built in replies that they have 24-48 business hours to respond but if you don't hear from us "contact us" again. After emailing several times after the 48 hours, I receive a copy and paste email stating the same. This process sends a clear signal "go away" and pay your bill. If another comparable product comes available, we will be switching.
