This is hands down the worst power company I have ever experienced. They will do ANYTHING to overcharge you and autopay is literal bullshit. It won't pull from your account and then they wont even tell you. They are rude and all around a waste of time. Its sad how little this company gives a crap about anyone.

Versant power can NEVER keep the damn power on! Yet, they continue to raise their rates!! Doesn't matter whether it's perfectly sunny out or stormy, we continually keep losing power! I work from home and have several extremely expensive computers that are being damaged by these constant power outages!! Versant NEVER claims responsibility for any damage their outages cause! I have lived all over the USA, and have NEVER experienced ANYTHING like this! No wonder solar is getting so popular here in Maine!

you guys are a joke. Americans don't need you. youll soon find out when everyone is making their own power because you are greedy. threaten to shut people off if they don't pay 4000 at once because they are behind in the first place because you make her payments too high. no one is going to have that. how about you come up with a better payment plan. one that someone that only makes 1000 a month on disability can afford. you pretty much make her payment plan 1000 a month. y'all set her up for failure to begin with. She has to use an oxygen machine and a ventilator. she's payed over 2000 in 3 months and they still will shut her off. shes been paying everything she has. ive concluded that someone in this town doesnt like her. too bad she aint going nowhere. she owns the house now. shut her off and y'all wont ever see another penny from her again. leave her shit on and you'll keep getting payments. do the math. she doesn't need you now that the house is paid off. ill do everything in my power to set her up with everything propane, solar and gas powered. thanks for being the biggest scum bags in this universe and not working with people in a way that they can afford. y'all set her up for failure to begin with. Assholes, hope ya you know what on a rooster. overcharging with your delivery charge. already pay for too expensive electricity but got pay for it to travel down a power line too. Shes got medical reasons and you scum will still shut her off.

I would like to express my concern and frustration regarding ongoing delays and service issues related to the release of solar energy from my system into the grid- Versant.
After fulfilling all necessary requirements on my end, I am still experiencing unacceptable delays and a lack of clear communication. These delays are not only affecting the performance of my solar installation but are also causing financial loss due to missed savings and potential energy credits.

As a customer who has invested in renewable energy with the expectation of efficient service and support, I find the current situation deeply disappointing from Versant.
