Aldigim ilk ve son vestel urunudur. 2 yilda 3 kere bir buzdolabinin lambasi bozulurmu? Demekki produksiyon hatasi var. Ne garanti var ne urun yenileme yok. Yaziklar olsun.

28 Mayıs 2025 tarihinde Doğan Mağazacılık İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret Limited (Çorlu/Tekirdağ) üzerinden Vestel ankastre set satın aldım. Toplam 27.800 TL ödeme yaptım ve ödemenin dekontu elimde mevcut. Setin fırın ve ocak kısmı kısa sürede teslim edildi, ancak davlumbaz parçası üzerinden üç ay geçmesine rağmen hâlâ tarafıma ulaştırılmadı.

Bu süreçte mağaza ile defalarca iletişime geçtim. Her seferinde “bir hafta sonra teslim edilecek” denilerek oyalandım, ancak herhangi bir çözüm sunulmadı ve teslimat gerçekleşmedi. Ürünün garanti veya sözleşme kapsamına dair elimde sadece ödeme dokümanı bulunuyor.

Fırın ve ocağın bir parçası olan davlumbazın en kısa sürede tarafıma teslim edilmesini talep ediyorum. Uzun süredir mağduriyet yaşamaktayım ve bu sorunun acilen çözülmesini bekliyorum.

Worse experience ever. Fridge freezer broke down the first time during warranty. 4 times it has broken down always the same error code since dec 2024. Airkam and Vestel refuse to replace it. I’ve lost over £400 of frozen food during this time. They have failed to find the fault and refuse to replace it. DO NOT buy from Vestel or Airkam they will just take your money and give faulty goods and the worse service ever.

they need us to leave fridge 24 hour to fix itself, so why a clinet buy Fridge and have guarantee?

Kendini düzeltmek için 24 saat buzdolabından ayrılmamıza ihtiyaçları var, o zaman bir klinik neden buzdolabı satın alıyor ve garantisi var?

good idea good product

This company is a fraud and liers and scammer, they have cheated most of their clients and me. They have sent me a broken 65-inch television. and they lie in every process. Biggest scammers in turkey please be aware.

My review is based on my personal experience, so here goes, we purchased a dishwasher from a trusted company, however that’s where all goes pear shaped. So the dishwasher was a Electra A+++, and all went ok till the year long warranty expired !!!! My question is should a product only last as long as it’s warranty ???????? We the CONSUMERS have rights and that should offer us more rights when buying Appliances, there should be a unwritten law giving consumers at least a 2 year warranty period !!! Vestel get your act together and improve on your products !!!!

the company is an turkish manufacturer and Turkey's biggest manufacturer they have many type of products tv, phone,tablet and many little or big household machines they products have a bit problems with technical services but I haven't got a problem with my phone or tv yet :)
