I had problems logging back into the website because they require ID.ME to verify service in the military. No problem with ID.ME but I used another email address to login to ID.ME. So now vetFriends doesn't recognize my other email address and I already spent $9.97 for membership. I sent an email to support team but I don't think the money will be refunded. They need to stop with membership fees and just make it free because they don't know how to run a customer service website. Just disappointed in there service and I doubt I will receive a refund. I will probably get charged again

Ordered a set of dog tags and found out my son also wanted a set so reorder. First set came late but everything was correct on them second set came late as well but very misspelled of last name no response to any messages. Very bad customer service.

Bought dog tags for my grandpa's funeral these things are a joke and embarrassment to display even the notch is at the wrong end these people have no respect for vets selling this trash i hope you go out of business how disrespectful

Dog tags and a Veteran's hat. How simple is that ? What I received was cheap, costume-quality garbage. The pathetic excuse for dog tags are made of cheap tin, it appears. The free P-38 can opener= I would not use as I would probably cut a finger off it is so flimsy. The hat that I received has a tag inside reading "Made in Bangladesh. (why not made in USA?) VetFriends (of China?) is no friend to ANY vet, $$$ for a $DOLLAR-store hat and Tin dog tags, They ignored almost all of my communications. No warning that it had been shipped, or when it was delivered. You should be ashamed of yourselves for ripping off United States Veterans. I will warn as many people as I can that your service is NO GOOD to veterans of this country.

Stay away from this site, they are stealing money I have tried to cancel my membership for a year. They never respond or answer the phone. I have requested three times on the site to cancel and they just ignore Evan’s keep taking the money.

They are quick to take your money but never reply to messages about any questions you have. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get any kind of reply and of course they did not reply after their first response. I ended up escalating my dispute to a claim and PayPal reviewed my case and gave me a refund. In my opinion they are nothing but scammers preying on veteran's.

VetFriends is a for profit organization that is selling products from China and taking advantage of veterans with an outrageous annual membership for completely subpar services! Don’t waste your hard earned moola on this fake company!

I have been a Life Member for over 5 years, and used and enjoyed the site often.

In the last 2 months, when I log in, I get redirected to a 2nd site "m.vetfriends".
This site does not show any of the Profile Photos, and when I see do a search, and find someone I think I served with, and click on there profile, it goes back to my profile instead.

I asked another Vetfriend user about it, and he has the same problem. I have contacted Support MANY times about this, and their responce is, "they can see them fine". I told them that they are going directly to the server, not via the internet. I can not get any help.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Daughter purchased some items and sent them to me and one item did not fit. Sent it back to the company and they tried to use several delaying like could not find it, did not receive it, etc in the hope I would go away which I did not. After 3 weeks of emails, they finally said they do not issue refund checks and instead would give me a credit toward another purchase. The email that I got initially clearly said if I would like a refund, please indicate so which I did. SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS.

Friends of China is no friend to this vet, $52 for a dollar store hat and Tin dog tags, that I waited 3 weeks for, is shameful and not at all serving the needs of Veterans....... I will never give another dime to this company....

I went to great lengths to purchase my husband's hats from a US company, made in USA.
These are the same old make in China crap. Instead it's 'designed in US'. Big deal. They tell China they want these. How is that "proudly made in USA".

Well, I received an email for a 30% discount for appreciation month or something. The first time I ordered a hat & it looked good in the photos, when I got it the hat was a piece of dung, stitching was terrible & the patch was on crooked. I tore it off, bought a camouflage hat for 1/2 the price & gorilla glued the patch on it. Then I looked at a black hat for VN Era Veteran & saw the price, since I was going to Phoenix & thought I would check the Army Surplus store there. I found the same hat for $15.00 dollars compared to $24.99 at VetFriends. Samething with a T-Shirt. I just looked at the T-Shirts available for the 30% discount & it looks like the prices have been raised. So, I looked at the reviews & I think I'll pass on giving them anymore business.

I ordered an agent orange hat also paid extra for priority mailing plus a tracking number and I have sent and email already and I have not received the hat or email back. Also no tracking number either.

I joined in 2014. It's my fault, I never checked to see what benefits were available. The system has been billing me each year for now over 10 years.
I am wanting to discontinue my membership.
Next to impossible.
I tried their web site sending request. No response.
I tried direct email request. No response.

I called during office hours (26 Sept 2024 @1320) and recorded message said they were closed. To leave a message. I was on hold for over 5 minuets and finally got to leave a message.
I get the impression they do not want to talk with any of their members.

The five star reviews are fake, employer paid employees cash to make fake email addresses and write fake reviews. This company is garbage! In trouble with US Army because owner is selfish and greedy and would not pay licensing fees. He sells low quality items for exorbitant prices. Please go to your local flea market or Temu to get better quality items for a reasonable price.

My wife purchased this for me as a gift. The label “VETERAN” and the logo are fine but the print of “US Air Force” is so tiny it is hardly readable unless you’re on top of it. I supplied a photo to customer service so it could be viewed by anyone and asked if this was a mistake? It was tiny compared to the embroidered print of the word "VETERAN" and the "AIR FORCE LOGO" and I asked if the print of “US Air Force” could be changed to the same size and print as the word “Veteran” if this was not a mistake. I wanted to attach a photo here so anyone could see it but I do not see an option to do so.
The customer service reply was no. My suggestion , please show realistic photos of the fleece jackets. The jacket she purchased was a US Air Force Special Ops Tactical Fleece Jacket and it cost her $115.00 + Shipping ($9.95). It wasn't cheap. I looked today and don't see it on the website any longer so I wonder if it was being closed out because of the issue I'm having with the jacket embriodery.

Products have reduced the quality in a significant way. Hats don't fit prperly! tea shirt quality has reduced,

HAD TO PAY SHIPPING COST TO RETURN A SHIRT THAT HAD THE WORNG EMBLEM. THE COST WAS $31.70 AND THE SHIRT WAS $38.52.
I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR RETURN POLICIES.
