Hopeless. My staff and I travelled a long distance to view a property which, when we arrived, was a building site and not inhabitable - not would it have been for a long time. Not that the company representative was there to greet us as arranged - so what a waste of our time, expense, and frustration. Shambolic.

Helen Hollow at Vickery Holman Truro has helped us negotiate a rent review where the tenant's agent was rather challenging.
