I purchased boots for $255.00 I realized after I received the confirmation via email the address was incorrect. I also noticed they charged me for something call Route. I called about both and was told that they do not have a way to update the address and that route would be for protection if the item was lost or I did not receive it.

I tried calling the Fedex who was the carrier and was told they could not update the address because I was not the shipper. I received the notification that the boots were delivered to the wrong address and no one lived there. I went to the address and the boots were not there. I tried to file a claim with Route who provides the insurance protection and was told because the wrong address was on the package they could not cover the boots or replace them. I am out of $255.00 who has money to throw away. I will never order from Vince Camuto again. When I realized the address on my credit card picked up the old address I tried to fix the issues. What company in 2024 does not have a way to update an address. Poor service.

A purchase was made without my consent, and I received a notification on my phone. I immediately contacted customer service after the transaction, but they were no help. The order is being shipped to a different address in another state, and they refused to cancel it. They advised me to retrieve the item from the shipping address and then request a refund. Now, I'll need to dispute this with my bank. It seems they use a third-party service called "SHOP," which is why they claim they can't cancel or refund the order right away.

I bought a Vince Camuto women's wallet. The leather is so thin you can see coin shapes through it. Then I foolishly bought a wallet with a crossbody strap. After a half dozen wearings the strap broke.

Apparently something has changed, the new website is horrible, they took away rewards and most of their products are made in china-which they label as "imported". I used to purchase a lot of boots from them which has now diminished because of their ridiculous prices for shoes made in china and because they took away rewards points. The website should be transparent as to where their products are made and not just put "imported". Their quality of their made in italy shoes/boots are not that great, the suede is thin and almost rubs off. Actively looking for another brand.

I came on this site to review another company, but saw that Vince Camuto (VC) was getting no love. I have several shoes and outfits. I have ordered directly from their website and Macy's. VC has excellent phone and online customer service. They are a legit business and their quality is very high.

Brought boots 2 days later told no stock.... had to wait for my bank to refund me as they didn’t action releasing the funds very poor service.
