I stayed here for a 200 hour yoga teacher training course. The daily schedule was well planned and all the teachers were very well educated. The accomodation was ok, the yoga mats and blocks could be better as my mat always slipped on the floor. Breakfast was good, oats and fruits everyday but I loved it. Lunch and dinner also was the same (dal, rice, chapati, potatoes and pepperoni with some spices) every day and I really missed (green) vegetables or other sources of proteins. In some theory classes I wished we would have gone deeper into the topic, for example in anatomy or alignement. I loved the pranayama, vinyasa flow and ashtanga classes as I could improve my physical body and I learned a lot about modifications of postures. The philosophy classes were gamechanging in many ways and a big support in the journey of awakening and living a more peaceful life. We talked about the big questions as well as how to deal with daily obstacles and the teacher made us familiar with different skills to calm down the mind and connect with the self. It‘s now time to take the toolbox and face the challenges back home in Switzerland.
Thank you for this beautiful experience in magical Rishikesh. The vibrations in and around the school area are just beautiful and the whole team works very well together.

Hello everyone. I did my 300 hr TTC from vinyasa yoga ashram in May 22. I really had good experience of learning yoga from best teacher team. I learnt lots of new things here. I definitely recommend this school to you for learning. Only thing i got disappointed is a little bit Hygiene in rooms(accommodation). Rest it was a really nice experience.

This yoga school has cracked it!!! How to train yoga teachers. Each of their class is aligned with the other. All the teachers are very experienced and know what they are doing. Teachers give you enough freedom to be who you are while advancing you towards who you can be. Amazing experience- I completed my 300hours yoga teachers training course from here in April and I can say that I am ready to take beginners classes. Thank you to vinyasa yoga ashram, Pradeep sir, Bhavesh sir, Rajesh sir, Ram sir and Yashpal sir.

It is an excellent yoga school, the teachers are very dedicated and professional, they always help you and have a lot of experience, each in their area. I have advanced a lot and learned not only as a yoga teacher but as a human being!

I had been thinking about doing a 200hr YTT from Rishikesh from sometime and when I came across Vinyasa’s page on instagram I just took the leap with no expectations. I mainly wanted to learn the asana aspect of yoga but i learned soooo much more, all the teachers were so great! they all put their best foot forward and learning what yoga truly means from them was the best experience, complete revelation. I made an entire new family here. I don’t think there anything more and better I could’ve asked for. 💜

YTT200 in Vinyasa yoga ashram above expectations.
Practicing yoga in Yoga Vinyasa Ashram ( sometimes even on the rooftop overlooking Rishikesh at sunrise/ sunset) was to perfect to describe it in words. The course was delivered professionally, it was well structured and all questions we had were answered quickly.
All the instructors are brilliant in their own way and made the practical and theory sessions exciting, dynamic and inspiring.
My yoga practice has developed enormously with their support.
Management was very supportive in all matters.
I very much enjoyed all of the Sunday excursions.
The accommodations were clean and the food provided sometimes become a little repetitive but always super delicious vegetarian meals.
Big thanks to the Management, Instructors, all students and all of the staff for making this an unforgettable experience.
I would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone who wants to feel authentic spirit of yoga at the heart of its world capital Rishikesh.

I had done 200hour TTC and Pre-Post Natal TTC at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram. I must say the teachers here are amazing and have a lot of knowledge to share. Their way of teaching is also great. The management too is very caring and supportive.
Food her is simple but very tasty and helps you detox. Being here was one of the best experiences of my life. I discovered my love for Yoga after coming here. The teachers truly want their students to learn in best possible way and have an amazing method of teaching.

If you are planning on doing a Teacher Training Course then this is the best place.

I did 200hrs YTTC course with them it was truly amazing experience. First of all people here are very good. This course taught me a lot, what I realised that yoga I used to do all my life was not right. Here they taught us where we were wrong what can we do to correct it and how can we even teach people, they taught us to take every step with awareness rather than just doing it for sake of doing it. Even though you don't want to teach yoga ahead you can do this course. It's like if you want to start doing yoga and you don't know where to start this is the right place!!

Vinyasa yoga Ashram has been my home away from home. During my 500hrs TTP ,I found all the Teachers, Management Team & staffs outstanding .The Time, Effort and Techniques that the teachers had made make me realize this was my best decision, I took for my journey towards yoga. Additionally, the environment was absolutely fabulous.

My time at the ashram was the best experience I could ask for. The amount of learning that has happened in the span of a month is mind blowing! The teachers are so good at what they do. They teach in such a way that a person without any yoga background can understand the basics very easily. They are very approachable and will help without hesitation. I've enjoyed learning Philosophy, Meditation, alignment and anatomy along with Vinyasa and Ashtanga and I'm very grateful for the experience. I'm very happy that I chose Vinyasa yoga ashram for my TTC 200 hours for it was above and beyond my expectations!

I did 200 hours of online teacher training with Vinyasa Yoga Ashram. I would say I am lucky to have this course. First of all it's very reasonable, I would say we will not get this price anywhere. Material , pre-recorded videos are really Fantastic. Even with pre- recorded videos of lifetime access we had the opportunity of live online classes for 21 days as well, so it was a very good opportunity to ask questions and doubts during training. I learned a lot from this training and Teachers are supportive. I am grateful for this online learning opportunity that Vinyasa Yoga has provided!

My best experience ever. I just finished my first TTC and I feel so grateful for everything. All the teachers were very helpful and well trained.

The vibe of the place is very much energetic and peaceful.I had got a very family type atmosphere here.I had discovered a lot of mistakes in alignment in my previous practice after learning here about alignment.All teachers are very much cooperative.I came to know a lot of basic fundamental things and basically I got a clarity here.Food quality is also good .This month is really very much memorable for me.

Absolutely amazing! My first solo trip was coming here to complete my 200hr YTTC. I've had such a wonderful month here immersing myself into the yoga community. The teachers were amazing! Lovely people and high quality teaching. All staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Food was divine and complemented the intensive routine. Wouldn't recommend if you wanted to travel to relax but would 1000% reccomend to anyone if they wanted to deepen their practice even if it's not their goal to teach. Intensive but enjoyable. We had >8 hours of classes a day (pranayama/shatkarma, vinyasa flow, anatomy, philosophy, alignment, ashtanga, meditation) so covered all bases.
I appreciate that they offer the course to everyone so there is a range of abilities which helps show you how a teacher can adapt their classes to be suitable for a wider audience. My yoga abilities on and off the mat have changed and improved so much this month (probably more than in the 4 years I've been doing yoga!)
Accommodation was basic but provided everything you could need for a month. Management was very helpful both before and during the stay with any issues.
Overall a wonderful experience, meeting people from around the world and learning about the local culture. I am planning on returning next year to complete my 300hr YTTC as I truly believe this is the place to do it!

Whether a beginner or advanced practice this is the school for you. The teachers teach from the heart, professional and knowledgeable they share their wisdom of yoga in breathing anatomy alignment philosophy asanas and meditation. To study here was one of my greatest accomplishments and I am honoured to say that I received my 200TT certificate here. The school is beautifully placed, surrounded by mountains, streams and waterfalls. The meals served are delicious. The rooms are clean and bright. There is nothing else you could want. One of the best schools In Rishikesh.

I did the 200 TTC at the Vinayasa yoga asharam. It was wonderful experience. The teachers were highly professional, knowledgeable nd motivated. You could really feel their love & passion for what they are doing.
