Vinyl Tempo Avaliações

Amazing. I’ve been burnt by a vinyl seller recently who was advertising records he clearly didn’t have in stock and who subsequently became abusive when I asked for a refund
Vinyl Tempo couldn’t be any different. I was wary as the record I wanted was a Record Day exclusive I missed earlier in the year. I needn’t have worried, it’s on my deck playing now thanks to Vinyl Tempo and their great customer service, honesty and reliability.
I will be using this store a lot in the future. Highly recommended.

So happy to have found this store. Sensibly priced vinyl. Excellent service and speedy delivery.

So lucky i found this record shop. They had in stock a record that i’ve had on my wantlist for a long time and couldn’t find it anywhere. Vinyl Tempo had it in stock at a really good price, and it was sent very swiftly. I will be ordering from this shop again. Thank you 👍🏼

Great price for the album I wanted, sounds awesome, thank you.

Another great album, at a superb price!
Without doubt, the cheapest on the net, and fast delivery!!
Totally Exploited, taking me right back to 1981!! Happy days!
Thanks again, VT!
See you again, soon!! 😎

I’ve used “Vinyl Tempo” twice and I had a great experience both times, item ships fast, really good prices compared to other shops, good customer service that reply quickly and nicely on messenger, will definitely be back!! 💞😊

I chose what I wanted, I paid for it, it arrived, in perfect condition. Simples. (unlike the Amazon bought warped vinyl a couple of days earlier)
Will be using the Vinyl Tempo online service again 👍

Great prices, got 2 random albums for cheaper than anywhere else cant complain. Will def use again

Glad I came across this company! Brilliant prices, especially the record player! Couldn’t have gotten it cheaper anywhere else, same for the vinyls, excellent prices. Really well packaged, very pleased, would use again. Thanks 🤩

Vinyl Tempo had an album I’d been looking for at a great price for a special edition pressing. When my order arrived there was unfortunately (out of their control!) a skip on the record. I reached out and received a prompt response from their very friendly team and a means of returning, and I received my replacement just as quickly.

Great prices, shipping times and customer service. I will totally be ordering from them again, and have already let my other vinyl friends know about them!

I ordered a Limited Edition Kissland vinyl pressing, which is quite hard to find in the UK. This was the only retailer I could find offering it.

I paid for the most expensive delivery option (Royal Mail 24hr Tracked), expecting the item to arrive within 5 days. Unfortunately, it arrived 3 days late.

When the product hadn't shipped for the 2nd day, I had not received any updates or communication, so I had to reach out myself. The company responded quickly within the hour, explaining that there was an issue with the stock and they were trying to secure another copy. However, they refused to refund the premium delivery fee, which was disappointing because I paid extra.

When the vinyl finally arrived, it was packaged very well. There was a very small tear on one of the vinyl covers inside, but this was likely not the company’s fault. Despite the delay, I’m glad to have this pressing in my collection.

Amazing! Couldn’t find a specific record stocked ANYWHERE in the UK, not even an independent seller, but Vinyl Tempo had one - obviously that made me a little suspicious, but lo and behold it has arrived and it’s the right one! Speedy delivery too. Thank you!

Excellent service, really well packed. The vinyl arrived in days. Never used them before but will again! Thank you Excellent.
