Ordered wipers using the registration number method. They arrived promptly but unfortunately they were the wrong ones for my car. Have emailed the help centre twice but no reply.
Useless customer service. Resigned myself to not getting any recompense.
Avoid.

Delivered on time. Set of 3 blades for my car at a decent price. Most of all they are quiet with no squeaks. Definitely recommend.

Initial pair of wipers didn't fit. Messaged Vipa and they replied within 24 hours. Sorted the issue very quickly and forwarded another pair. Fits like the proverbial. Well done. I would thoroughly recommend their service.

I placed an order for windscreen wipers, took longer to arrive than stated, when they did turn up they were not packaged properly and 2 of the wiper blades were to short. I have sent 2 Emails without any response, I have tried to phone but call goes to an answer machine but says cant leave a message because it is full. Very disappointed as I am first time customer. Do not know what else to do

I can’t give a 5 star because I’ve not seen them working yet but my Vipa windscreen wipers came this morning and fitted like a glove. They were the correct size and look to all but an expert eye like O/E. Obviously time will tell of course but with the cost and everything else I’m very happy!!!

Incorrect wiper sent. Unable to contact company via landline and mobile number. Received initial response to an email but several emails from me along with phone calls to mobile number have failed to illicit any contact by VIPA. Customer relations are obviously not a priority within this organisation!

Do NOT use this company. I ordered my wiper blades using my registration and they supplied the wrong parts. Vipa acknowledged they had received the returned blades. Despite chasing for 4 months they have NOT refunded me. Customer service keep apologising but do nothing.

Very disappointing and poor customer service which has totally put my off Vipa.

I’ve previously used a recommended Vipa to family and friends for years and have had no issues but I contacted them about my blades which were juts fitted over a year ago but this time I have had issues with streaking, the rubber had gradually worn away and the quality was not what I had come to expect from them. I spoke to someone called Noami who informed me that there was nothing they can or would do to replace it as was over 1 year old. I understand “company policy” but sometimes you can make exceptions to delight your returning customers and use it as an opportunity to demonstrate good customer service. I’ve since used the company wiperblades and they are so much better! Quick delivery, cheaper, better quality and even better customer service

Very easy to select correct part. Great price, delivered quickly and most importantly, numerous info on how to fit the blades. Excellent overall and will definitely use again.

I recently ordered a set of wipers that arrived promptly, only to discover that they were the incorrect ones. I promptly emailed the company, but it took them five days to respond. After a further four days, they still had not given me a satisfactory solution. Despite my daily attempts to reach them over the phone for seven consecutive days, I received no answers.

I have now contacted my credit card company to request a refund and will be contacting Trade Standards to report this issue. I will also be posting an advertisement on my Facebook page to warn others not to use this company. I have 70,000 followers, and I believe this is a serious matter that deserves to be brought to the attention of others.

Fantastic service, I ordered 2 sets of wiper blades one set was incorrect (my mistake) but the customer service went above and beyond. Will be using again and highly recommended 5⭐️.

Saw these advertised on Facebook needed new wiper blades, got a discount code, very easy to find your cars wipers, very easy to order came in 2 days.
The only down side is the quality of the rubber there must have been some salt off the road on my windscreen after gritting and now I've got about 3 inches of little lines right in my eyeline that dont clear with the wipers on

Great company and customer service! I had some problems getting the correct rear wiper for my car, Don and Duncan could not have been more helpful and sent me a replacement really quickly after I shared photos of the fitting my car had. Thank you guys, will definitely buy from Vipa in the future and will let my friends know about you.

Still waiting for my wipers. Impossible to contact 5 emails two answer machine calls. Contacting my bank for a refund

I am blown away with the service I have received from Vipa. It is a lottery as to what happens when you order online, but I will use Vipa again whenever I need some parts. I needed replacement windscreen wipers for my wife's Jaguar E-Pace and Vipa who I had never heard of before popped up on a search. The price looked OK so I ordered them. There was an issue with the delivery caused by the carrier, nothing to do with Vipa, and when I contacted them about this they dealt with it immediately. Huge thanks to Naomi in the sales department.

Wipers arrived promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately the front two wipers wouldn’t fit so I returned them as well as letting them know. More than three weeks later and still no refund. I paid for the wipers and paid for the postage to return them. Out of pocket and not happy. Wouldn’t consider using or recommending them.

This company is the pits . Customer service a complete failure no reply no nothing. Reported to Debit card company and my next step is Trade and standard . Ripped me well off with the poor packaging and no refund or response. I mean who puts wiper blades in a soft packaging .

Only received part of my order, been trying to contact for a month now and no one is answering my emails or calls. Absolutely useless.
