Horrible experience trying to get refund
Cute shoes but don’t fit with the pointed toe. I’m trying to return for refund but having great difficulty as I’m only being shown store credit. All emails are automated and not answering my question.

Thanks for your feedback and I am so sorry for the inconvenience. The automated response that we sent has all the answer for your return request. I am afraid you have not realized but your order #162684 Riba espadrille is part of our Final Sale which is non refundable but available for store credit or exchange. As this is final sale, you also do not need to send back the shoes back therefore it was processed immediately.
We apologize again and we'll make sure to be more careful with our responses. The ticket was closed as the answer was already on the automatic email but rest assured that we'll be more careful next time.

Great espadrilles
Pubol Canvas Espadrille Wedges are the only espadrilles I will purchase (I have 4 pairs). They are true quality and love the height of the wedge - not too high and not too low and they last forever!

Your sizes are incorrect
Your sizes are incorrect. You put American sizes but for instance I usually wear 7 in American sizes and it was way too big. Had to return and get size 6.5 which fits still with some roominess. That’s why I gave you only 4 stars. Otherwise I like the look and the colour options

Thanks for your feedback and we are so sorry that the size 7US is not the best fit for you. I checked your past orders and it shows that you were ordering size 38/7US and ended up exchanging to size 37/6.5US. I would say that this is your size for our espadrilles (6.5US). However, some cuts or styles could be more roomy or wider for some. We suggest a V-cut toe styles for customers with narrow feet or please feel free to let us know in the future your preferred style so we can assist you with the sizing. :)

Beautiful shoe that is incredibly comfortable. Can easily be taken from day to evening and perfect for living in San Diego where there is a laid back Vibe, but elevated. Love these wedges and will wear them all of the time!

Great looking shoes
Great looking shoes! They just really hurt. They rub my baby toes. The material is stiff. And they slide off my heels when I walk. I’ll have to pad three spots. But they look amazing!
