Great drink, refreshing

This is my regular bi-monthly buy.

I wrote email to inform that your few packs purchased were tasting like more water added rather than natural coconut water and they asked me to send pictures batch number etc after a month as they replied as they are not listening my complaint

Due to a condition I have, I need electrolytes. Coconut water is rich in electrolytes. I have a contact
in Vitacoco called Arch. When I’m running low, which is frequently, I email him, and within a couple of days I have 12 litres of delicious coconut water delivered Great company, great service, great product.

The product is fantastic, far better taste than the competition, but, the delivery company Evri are terrible, every time they deliver there’s a problem, please please please use another courier!!

Amazing customer service. Been purchasing for many years and the odd time I felt the quality changed, so contacted customer service who were very efficient and arranged a replacement for 1 of my order. I will continue to be using only Vitacoco coconut water as it tastes so fresh!

Nothing wrong with company or their product, infact I wish I could order more often except for they used Evri for my parcel deliveries which made my life hell and the whole experience stressful. 3 stars is only to do with the selection of delivery company. Out of 2 received, 1 parcel that had 1 carton damaged so did not want to drink it but other 11 were OK. 2nd never arrived, but I must say Vita coco customer service was good they did their level best to resolve the issue.
The product itself, "cocowater", is perfectly refreshing, I prefer it over most brand of "so called fresh juices" and works out cheaper than super market when you buy from the website directly.
