The motor went broke after 2,5 years
The motor went broke after 2,5 years, it is still on warranty but I am not able to get it. Miss Maria Teresa from the EU side of product assistance told me the assistance would contact me but nothing until now.
The blender is good but for ice and butter it does not last long, I only did a couple of ice creams and it went broken shortly after...
Ordered the whole enchilada...
Ordered the whole enchilada.... New Vitamix with the food processor... Dry pitcher....so excited!!!! Only the pitcher showed up.... Hmmm. Contacted customer service who stated my 2 orders were delivered. Well I only got one part. After further investigation..by ME.... my order was returned to their Ohio facility... ???? Why... Who knows but I did not I initiate a return of any kind. The emails said they were sorry for any inconveniences. Ok... So do something about it... Nope... Nothing. I could call Vitamix and order what I had originally purchased, and I could send my pitcher back. Seriously you obviously don't want my business.
Not impressed.
Well...here is an update: Finally spoke with someone who could help me. I was able to repurchase at the stae fair price, received everything... and sent back the dry pitcher that I was holding hostage. The Vitamix is amazing.
I bought the top of the line digital…
I bought the top of the line beautiful digital Vitamix accent model. I am an avid smoothie girl now using many ingredients to make many smoothies at a time so I can have for several days. I give smoothies to neighbors and friends. One thing first just a mention to engineering that I love my blender only wish on this model there were not the rubber seal which requires me to clean it each time. I feel
it’s a design flaw worth paying attention to going forward. The other models do not have this. I treat my blender like gold. I really take care of it. Other then the rubber seal my blender was working great for a while then recently I had to send it back due to issues with over heating. I must say Vitamix customer service ROCKS!!! Cheers to all the nice people that I have had the pleasure of speaking with since my purchase you are all fabulous!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I brought my Vitamix blender to
the UPS store where they packaged it up very well and Vitamix sent me a return label. It cost me 12 dollars for the packaging, but I wanted it well protected. Luckily, I had a back up blender, yet in a time frame of approx two weeks Vitamix returned my blender with a new motor, drive socket and jug and they r sending me a lid too because I asked if they could that my old lid was a bit warped to fit well on my new jug. I was so impressed.
I have called on different occasions and I must say everyone I speak with is incredible at the Vitamix family. I am very pleased.
I am really very happy with Vitamix and how they kept me aware of the status of my blender from receiving to telling me it’s coming home as well and sending me a survey during this process.
I want to thank Don who worked on my machine for everything he did. I know he worked hard, and I want to tell Vitamix how grateful I am for everything always being so helpful and nice. Folks, if u want A plus service you should buy a Vitamix. It’s like buying a Rolls Royce of blenders. I kid u not !! I splurged and bought this for myself yep. Vitamix stands by their products.

Excellent customer service
I have been using Vitamix for many years now, and have always been satisfied with their customer service. My 2L blender bowl broke from wear and tear, as I use it everyday, many times a day. I had put sharp frozen fruit inside, and a piece of fruit had made a hole in the bowl. As it was a present, I didn't have the receipt with me, so I sent an email to the international customer support service, and the response was immediate. They gave me the contact details of the french supplier, and with the warranty, a whole new bowl was sent over to me, free of charge. Thank you Vitamix for your excellent customer service.

I am so DISAPPOINTED in Vitamin
I am so DISAPPOINTED in Vitamin. I have owned multiple machines and have always been satisfied and happy with the customer service UNTIL NOW. I placed 2 orders on April 13, 2023. I got one in less than a week. The second one kept getting delayed. Finally yesterday (2 weeks later) I got a notification that it had been delivered. I looked and it was not anywhere tube found. I checked the tracking and it showed delivered in a DIFFERENT city. I called and notified them of the issue. I asked that a replacement machine be shipped out or a credit be issued. I was told they had to contact UPS first and within less than 24 hours I would get an update with an email. 24 hours came and went. I called back and they informed me that UPS did deliver it to the wrong address and that they had inactive claim. I again asked that they send me a replacement or issue a credit. They said that they cannot do they until AFTER the investigation with UPS that would take at least 8-10 days. I stated that this was not my error and that I should not be punished. That UPS would settle with them not with me. The gentleman just said no can not do. I asked to talk to a manger and they came on and advised me I could just do a chargeback with my credit card company or wait. I again stated that the claim was between UPS and them not me and I should either be shipped the product or issued a credit. The manager just parroted the previous statement and said just dispute with your credit card. This is not acceptable and I expect more from a company that touts it’s self as having good customer service

This is a review about Vitamix.com, the online shopping website and Vitamix customer service. I purchased a Christmas gift for my daughter from Vitamix.com in mid-Nov. 2022. They sent out the shipping notice. However, it never arrived. I ordered a second one so my daughter would not miss a gift. It arrived after Christmas. The first order was reported as "returned to sender" on the UPS tracking website. A Vitamix CS rep said I had to wait until Vitamix resolved its "investigation" with UPS before they could issue a refund. The rep suggested I dispute the charge and then left the company on leave supposedly handing off my case to another rep. It turns out that I did not have to wait. The second rep was very helpful. But it took 4 months and countless hassles and lost hours to get back my $178.43 refund. Needless to say, if you want a Vitamix product, do not shop on their website!!!!!
Vitamix in Europe
I have bought the top model Vitamix Ascent 3500 in Europe. Later I have found out that much of the accessories to Vitamix are not available in Europe, cause to some regulations. So with the top model there is so much stuff you can’t do, unless you live in America. Products from America is not compatible with the blender from Europe, so you can't order your accessories from US, and use in in Europe on your blender. This information is not very easy to find on their website, I dont even know if its there.
When reaching out to European sellers, they just say that you must contact Vitamix in the US. I have, and they confirm that many accessories like the Food Processor will not be possible to use on a European blender from Vitamix. So if you are considering a Vitamix in Europe, please think twice if you would like to use some accessories ..
Container lasts about 3 years....FLAWED PRODUCT
I just spoke to a Vitamix representative Naveth, Very sweet woman, she put her supervisor Vicki on the phone and I will NOT be recommending anyone else to Vitamix....Here is why. We love the product (cost 500) But about 3 years in the container ceased up, we called and the product has a 7 year warranty so without cost they sent another, Now about 9 months out of warranty the second container has ceased, now they say the friends and family discount will cost you $127.00 So I asked Vicki why they don't fix the apparent flaw in the product and she says there is no flaw. I hope they play the recording of our conversation because to only share one sided reviews is misleading on a product. We all know that the container being plastic costs next to nothing but GREED just lost them future customers. My name is Mike Moran and I am a bodybuilder and have referred hundreds of people to this product but NO MORE.......
A few years on...
I have owned my Vitamix for a few years and will never go back to a cheaper blender. I found customer service to be very helpful. I contacted them via phone and had a great experience. I probably should be more careful but I'm so used to it getting the job done that I'm not! I'm a satisfied customer. My poor family and friends have to listen to me gush about my love of my blender. Is that weird?
Horrible company
Horrible company. Completely useless customer service. Waited for bogus “sale day”….like 3 items were on sale. Tried to place an order five times….got error messages every time. Used two different credit cards. The credit card companies did their job authorizing but, Vitamix cancelled every order. Then I had to wait 3 days for the $800 preauthorization hold to be removed. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

This is the best blender in the world. I’ve not been able to live without it in the past 25 years.
replacement parts are expensive but cheap plastic
I just had to replace the jug of my classic Vitamic blender. The new jug cost Euro200. This is incredibly expensive but I had no choice and was expecting the thick plastic jug with the rubberised lid that I am used to from Vitamix. What I received is a very inferior quality jug with a hard plastic lid. It appears that Vitamix is now using inferior plastics but charging premium prices. I have sent 2 queries to vitamic international with no response. This is no longer a high quality product but they are still charging premium prices. Such a pity as the brand was incredible.
Best blender ever!
My first blender is made by Breville. I normally like their stuff, but after a year later, the motor in the blender from Breville is broken. Then I did some research, and I decide to buy a Vitamix even the price is double, but they offer 7-10 year warranty. I have to say it's the best blender I have ever had. Now 10 years later, my Vitamix blender still works like the day I bought it. One time I put something too hard for the blender and broke the container. I called Vitamix, they sent me a replacement container right away. They have the best products and best service on the market. I know it's more expensive, but you only need to buy one.
American Integrity
When my Vitamix suddenly stopped working and it was about a year out of warranty during a global pandemic I had been through the ringer with companies like Citibank and Ticketing companies lie Axis and Goldenvoice who don’t seem to understand that people will remember how they were treated during this time and we won’t support those who took advantage. Well Vitamix, without hesitation helped me locate the issue (my 12 year old taking the blending pitcher off the motor one too many times before the cycle had stopped) and sent me a replacement part, free of charge. This was not something they had to do. Many businesses are not even answering their phones but Vitamix is a family company and treats their customers like family. I respect and admire they way they treated me and every American business should take a lesson. We are in this together and those that know this will persevere. Thank you Vitamix.

This is the best blender company, but the price is quite expensive. You can buy other analogues of this company, it will cost 2 times cheaper. However, if you have money, then it is better to buy a blender of this company!
Purchased a unit almost 10 years ago…
Purchased a unit almost 10 years ago and had an issue with one of the containers. I contacted them on the phone and reached someone right away. They sent me a replacement container after looking up the serial number. The product was not cheap to purchase. It was used every day since I purchased it. So price considered, in the end I got my money's worth and this will likely last me for the rest of my life. I usually only got a year out of the typical retail store products.

eine Information zu bekommen ob mein Mixbecher der einen Metalldraht aus dem Antrieb ragen hat repariert werden kann. Deshalb habe ich ein Bild hingeschickt und um Info gebeten. Auf keine meiner 4 e-mails habe ich bisher IRGENDEINE Reaktion erhalten. Vielleicht sollte man besser ein gleichwertiges Gerät einer anderen Firma MIT Support für Privatkunden wählen. Ich bin jedenfalls mit der "Service"leistung sehr unzufrieden.
Update 08.01.20 bisher immer noch keine Reaktion auf meine mails :-(
