I have had the worse experience

I have had the worse experience. We cancelled our contract late 2020 as internet was not reliable and this was causing problems as i was working from home due to the pandemic. However i disnt realise they were still charging me until i got a threatening letter from them to pay bills for internet we ddnt use. I called vodafone ans was told i had to fo to a store which i did on 4 fev 2022 where the girl i dealt with was rude and starting speaking to her colleague about me in another language. Manager took over and got me to fill out forms to cancel my internet. Last month got another text message about even more bills. Have been emailing and calling but have got absolutely no where. I have asked how i can keep ion getting charged when i cancelled twice but get no answer at all, just told send email which i have been doing.

I do not recomend Vodafone in Turkey. The customer service is very poor, a lot of the staff do not have good training and do not give good customer service. Vodafone is expensive in Turkey. I purchased a sim for 2 months on 11th of the month and was told it would last 2 months but it was then totaly disconnected on the 30th of the second month so I did not get the full 2 months. I was then told by Vodafone that if I paid more money I could get another full month but after paying I was then disconnected two weeks later and then told by Vodafone that I couldn't have the 3rd month and so I lost the remaining credits. They would not refund me, they apologised and said I was given incorrect information in the Vodafone store. I am now with Turk Telecom.

Turkey is not roaming free!!! Liar Vodafone!

I got Vodafone contract for only reason Turkey is roaming free country. I’ve just found out they are charging £6 a day in Turkey.. I am only in Turkey for 2 days and used my phone at the airport only. They just sent me message asking me to pay airtime
bill of 30£. Their customer service is another matter. Customer service manager assured me to refund a year ago. Never received payment. Vodafone tries to rip off their customer. Not only I will cancel my contract. I will make sure that everyone I know will never make contract with Vodafone. They are acting against free and fair competition, lying their customer!

Dont bother to even go there! Shop is empty, staff is next door having coffee and smoking. Every time I go there its the same. No one cares about you (Magusa Salamis shop). Extremely overpriced, biggest rip off! They give you promises and once you pay the dont want to know you. No customer service.
This company looks like it is going to close down. Shops are always empty.
Do not buy anything there, just go to professional provider where people know what they are doing and they are actually working!

The first advice to anyone wants to visit or to live in turkey dont purchase any Vodafone service, it was my worst experience with telecom service provider. They have installed their modems since 4 days and within these 4 days I got the internet for less than 4 hours, the system everytime get down 2 hours after they fix the problem. In addition to the mobile signal which has the worst coverage in turkey.

I wish I could put a minus because they don't even deserve a 1 star. We would have gone with Turkcell for my husband's phone ( I have turkcell) but they were shut. The sim does not work says I am not in their region ( supposed to work everywhere). They told me to take it back to where I bought it ( many hours away we are traveling) what crap. Told us to move aside so they could serve other peoole. I used Google translate so they knew what was happening. DO NOT BUY FROM VODAPHONE. We bought in Foca and tried to get them to fix it in Cesme. Pathetic service waste of money. They couldn't care less when I told them I would advise every tourist not to buy. So vote wuth your feet don't buy maybe they might sack their staff and get some people who believe in service. This is degnotary to the Turkish people we have met.

Customer support is bad

I have a 100 mb internet yet I am receiving 1mb internet. The problem has been continuing for 2 weeks without any resolution. I am having conversations with the customer support on a daily basis only to get a standartized answer, "we are looking into it". Worst part is that there is till this day no explanation as to what the problem is. Just poor service overall. I wouldnt complain if the service would sound like they care but they do not. I am thinking of changing the provider and would not recommend to anyone. The same infrastructure is usually used by different providers hence customer support is one of the defining components. Go to another, at least if you are in antalya.

Vodafone in Istanbul Turkey is the…racist

Vodafone in Istanbul Turkey is the worst i have ever seen in my life, very expensive and they will charge you 50 tl if you change your location, costumers service is the worst every they can't speak proper English this company is rubbish and they don't know how to do business, once my contract finish i will never renew it.
I am paying for 24 Mbps fiber home internet and because I am not Turkish they gave me 16 Mbps "racist", yet that was not enough, when i moved to another apartment the new location have no fiber foundation, they gave me a modem service ADSL with 8 mbps speed and still charge me 82 tl per month and to make things worse the charge 50 tl more for changing my location .

so I am paying 82 tl to 24 mbps fiber home internet but
i am getting 4 mbps with ADSL modem

Vodafone turkey if you are reading this all of you are stupid and resist.

My Advice to all foreigners don't get internet service from Vodafone they will steal your money with bad service and they don't speak English.

I needed the help of my Turkish friend to speak to them because they don't provide this service in English to change to the new location.

Poorest customer service

Vodafone company inside Turkey, which is a big shame for international Vodafone, I do use Vodafone in other countries but in Turkey all of them are cheaters, the poorest customer services ever specially in home internet departments, because in this big company there is no one who can speak English with customer, more than one months I am calling them every day in this number 0 (850) 542 05 42 ( I can’t speak English, for English I will call you after one hour) but no one will call you.
Their another cheating and technique is that they decrease their prices than other companies for home internet like 55 to 70tl in a month after that they will contract with you for two years that if you cut the internet you should pay 1000tl penalty, after 2 or 3 months their prices become double, even I don’t have problem with prices, but the poorest customer services are the biggest problem for us.
For god sake hire someone in home internet department that can speak English.
If your services are only for turkish people please let us know.
I do not recommend this company for foreign people.

Extremely bad service and low respect for customers

So I bought Home internet from Vodafone Turkey, (Evde Internet) and it was working mediocre OK and getting my needs done. But the issues started when I moved to another apartment which is basically two streets down my previous one. I asked for a transfer, they said OK you have to pay 100 Turkish Liras for that to happen. I paid that fee, they got my new address and said someone will come and install it at your new address within a week. I waited for over a month and nobody showed up nor they called! When I called the customer service, they told me it's been transfered, then I asked for the address they've transfered the line to, they read my previous address! To put it simply, I paid a hundred turkish liras to transfer my line from my previous address to the same address! What person in their right mind would pay for such thing?!
After calling for another 6 months and waiting long periods of time on hold to get a customer representative, they kept saying that it is what it is and either I'll pay another 100 liras to transfer again or 500-700 liras to cancel and if I refuse to pay for the service that I can't use they'll sue me! ( Corporate Blackmail)
To this date I can not use that service, and still am paying for it every month until the 2 years contract is up!
These expenses are aside from another line that I had to buy (Due to Vodafone's amazing service!) from Turksat and I'm paying for both right now ( Turksat internet is great btw and works good)
Bottom line, never ever ever go even near Vodafone Turkey since they'll be just draining your money for nothing. Avoid them even more if you're a foreigner or expat since they're English customer service is so poor that they hung up on me everytime I called and they couldn't speak English. (in the whole İstanbul customer service department, only ONE guy could speak English)

Bad service, poor quality, low respect for customers, I would give them 0 starts here if I could!

Müşteri hizmetleri çok kötü, şubeler hiç yardımcı değil. 2 aydır sorunum çözülmüyor. İnternet çekmiyor asla !!! Turkcellden geldiğime çok pişmanım.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, say one thing on the phone and do something else. If you want to waste money then use Vodafone otherwise use someone else. Vodafone is really not worth it.

Bad start to a trip in turkey, went to buy a sim card from vodafone bodrum as vodafone is trusted back home in nz, they charged me more and kept telling me that is the price and best price for a sim card they offer we had to buy to find our place where we were staying,I said to them I hope your not ripping me off they acted all nice said they weren't which I thought surely they wouldn't from a reputable store but when I went into another Vodafone store a few days later to ask it was cheaper and they had, they should be fired!!

Horrible Vodaphone Home Internet Turkey

Never make a fault step on entering to the Vodaphone Home Internet in Turkey , its horrible ! You gonna take a cup of coffee by downloading any youtube video , literally it doesnt working well as described and Id better say nothing about upload cause there is no upload ! If you ever decided stop it , enough is enough and gonna get another ISP the Vodaphone Home Internet will start trolling you by bills even if you wont use theys stream . The stop fee is about 500 TL with penalty and you gonna get a bill every month for the internet you have had stopped . To say you shortly , Vodaphone ? Run !!

At first I loved this company

At first I loved this company. I got the red packet with 20gb internet and free YouTube and other things I don’t use. I really got it just for the free YouTube. But soon my internet was up. I realized I was being charged for YouTube but they said it must be another program. So I turned off all of my other apps and only used YouTube.... lo and behold my internet is gone again. I have proof and they deny. I really don’t want to go to turkcell because their customer service is just as bad and is very expensive. This company would be great if they’d honor what they say.
