Staff could have cared less
Visited the Cresent yesterday specifically to go to the Vodafone store ,once I walked in I could have not been met with a less inviting attitude from the staff. Was standing at the counter for approximately 30 seconds before any of the three ladies (Who were in admit conversation with each other not about work related issues with May I add) made eye contact with me or acknowledged my presence. I was dealing with a lady called Fiona who could have not cared less about my inquiry, obviously as it was not lucrative to her,( I found out later). I was trying to upgrade my phone as it was due but was told no phones available to upgrade even though I offered to pay an extra amount of up to €200 was told to go home and try online on my laptop (which bwi I do not possess ). Subsequently went into O’Connor Street to Limerick today and was greeted by a very friendly staff member who sorted out my problem straight away and give me a new phone. I don’t understand why yesterday the staff could not have just called the other store to see if they had a phone in stock very disappointed will not be returning to Vodafone Cresent again.

Vodafone customer service was brilliant
I visited Vodafone at the Crescent Shopping Centre in Limerick because I had a new phone and needed to have my data transferred. The person I dealt with could not have been more helpful eventhough the process took a long time. She went above and beyond what anyone would expect to sort my phone out and I am very grateful for her help.

Tom in vodafone in the cresent limerick was a great help switching all my apps to my new phone

I dealt with Saoirse for a new Sim with Vodafone. She was very pleasent and courteous. She made the process hassle free and my number transferred on the Monday of the bank holiday.
