Great experience in the shop as I did a change over to Vodafone. Gillian assisted me and gave me great advice and information on all the different packages and offers available. Gillian has great communication and is very patient as I asked lots questions. Really recommend.

I had an issue with my mobile data
I had an issue with my mobile data, I went into the store in liffey valley and was served by Gillian. She had my data fixed in 5 minutes and while we were chatting she showed me savings I could make if I switch my home internet! I will be back during the week to sign up thank you Gillian

The seller was really helpful and good
The seller was really helpful and good. He tried to do the best plan for us. I really appreciate the help. I have a Vodafone SIM for four years now, and I have always had great experiences. I’d super recommend them.

Waste of time
I wasted 45min at 8pm, made a nw bill contract, signed the contract, direct debit, paid my phone case, was given the phone (free), just to be told something couldn't be processed and the order didn't go through so had to hand everything back, leave the shop witbout phone but with a contract and direct debit setup. Outrageous!!! The manager has left his shift at 5pm so he couldn't override something to make the order go through.

Andy was rude and wasn't helpful at all.
I'm new to Vodafone and he didn't inform me from the beginning that I should wait for 20 mins when I switch to Vodafone.
Also I asked him for the colour of the phone that available because I want to buy and his answer was " the same colour online"
I'm very disappointed with Vodafone at this stage .
