Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff. I had an issue with my iPhone and James was so good, he knew exactly how to sort it ! In fact he sorted issues for me last year too. I am so grateful and am definitely coming back to his store.

James, the Manager of Wilton went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with numerous technical Gmail issues I have experienced of late. James with his brilliant technical expertise resolved this issue in store today for me. Amazing Staff and Management
I have been dealing with Vodafone Wilton Shopping Centre for decades. The help I have received from the Assistants there is excellent, pleasant and most efficient, and the Manager James is superb.

My daughter wanted to uograde her phone…
My daughter wanted to uograde her phone which is on my account. We spoke with James and he gave us excellent advice and went through all the available options and price costs. My daughter chose the phone she wanted and James advised she could trade in her old phone and she got €173 off the new phone. James transferred all the info off the old phone onto the new iPhone 16 while we had a coffee and shopped! Excellent service all round as always. We have bed. Using this Vodafone store for all our family phones / contracts etc for many years and are always really happy with the service provided. Professional and friendly . Thank you James and Vodafone Wilton!

I visited Vodafone Wilton today, and I was under pressure to get my mobile broadband back up and running for a Final Year College project The two women working there couldn't have been more helpful and genuine. I got sorted within ten minutes.

I visited Vodafone in Wilton shopping…
I visited Vodafone in Wilton shopping centre Cork today with a problem with my phone. The gentleman that fixed my phone was so helpful, kind and compassionate that I would like to commend him for his customer service qualities.
It was a settings problem but he was so knowledgeable that he fixed it promptly.
