What a service, booked to have repairs done after having my MOT and service at another garage. Chose to come to Volksmaster as the garage where I had my MOT and service done made recommendations for repairs that clearly weren’t needed so wanted a reliable garage to do the repairs. It is safe to say they didn’t let me down, all repairs done the same day and my car was given back to me in mint condition (it was cleaned inside and out and was sparkling, thank you) they kept me updated, friendly staff and to top it off there was little gift of a bottle of water and air freshener in a cute bag left for me. Just had an interim service and MOT at the Ashton Road (Oldham) branch. I really like that they send a video showing the inspection and outline any issues.
The communication is great they keep you fully informed throughout. Will continue to use them.

I honestly cannot fault the service, from the first phone call the handing back of my key. Big mention to Steve, who looked at my car and a great customer service,

I took my car with a 'oil level too high' warning indicator on, so I was booked in at 8am to plug in to the diagnostic computer. I thought I could wait with it since I it was a diagnostic, but I was told it might be a few hours until it could be checked, so paid £12 in a taxi to get home, on getting out of the taxi they rang saying they couldn't find anything wrong, but drained a little oil out of the engine. Picking the car up I was told to run it on the motorway because there was an advisor about the DPF. Driving off from the garage I noticed that the oil light was still on and after a 30 minute drive on the motorway it's still on, so they've done nothing for £105 + £12 in an unnecessary taxi.👎

Wouldn't have made a fuss about this but you have asked me to make a review so here it is.
Golf GTI booked in for a DSG oil and filter service. Gear box oil replaced.
On driving home i noticed both cables had been disconnected from the front dash cam, but NOT reconnected. On stopping the car to reconnect the cables i noticed that the rear mirror was loose which i assume had been knocked off its mounting seat when the dash cam which is tight upto the mirror housing.
So the question i ask is, if you have nothing to hide, why do you disconnect the dashcam and, the DSG oil service is replacement of oil AND filter.

I booked in for quite a lot of work which had to be done over 2, appointments and all done to professional standards and always contacted me with the progress.

Transparent service and regular communication, coupled with good advice. I trust Volksmaster Oldham totally and travel a long way to get my van serviced and MOT'd there.

Booked our Mercedes A220 in for a full service at Volksmaster HEYWOOD.
Professional thorough and friendly service all round from their staff .. reasonable prices and a complimentary car wash to finish the job. Couldn’t recommend this garage more highly!

Recently started using the Volksmaster car and van centre as my Crafter has come out of warranty but I still wanted to use someone who knows the van.
I’ve been really happy with the service I’ve had and the staff there are friendly and do their best to get you back on the road as soon as possible without the high main dealer charges. I’ll be using them all the time moving forward.

Company kept me up to date with issues with my car. Sent a video of issues that needed immediate attention and any advisory that needed some attention. Picked up car after issues had been sorted and my car was clean inside and out.
Although not the cheapest they are definately the best on customer service

The staff are friendly and kept me up to date with a detailed video while I was getting a full service for my car and MOT.

Really pleased with the work done at Volksmaster Hollins Road. The team were really friendly and kept me updated along the way. Thanks to Jordan for keeping me in the loop about my car. I received my car back and it was nice and clean which was lovely. Overall, they were very professional and got me back on the road as soon as possible. Can’t recommend them enough!
