I purchased an eMove Cruiser back in 2022... Anyways, I had to Move and wasn't riding it much or keeping up with it like I should have. I had some issues with it not powering up. I was willing to buy a new battery, thinking it was toast. I reached out to Ronnel 4-2026 at Voromotors... He walked me through the Settings and it still worked. I did not have to wait long for his call when I text him. I really appreciate quick response and accuracy both of which I received.
