Snelle bezorging en de legging is in het echt net zo mooi en stevig als gedacht

Hele leuke kleuren, zit comfortabel en schijnt niet door.

Ik heb een order teruggestuurd en deze is daar 1,5 maand geleden bezorgd. Ik heb veel contact geprobeerd te leggen via e-mail en insta maar mij wordt nog steeds geadviseerd te wachten. Er wordt mij telkens verteld enkele dagen te wachten maar na 45+ dagen duurt het voor mij te lang. Heel jammer maar geen aanrader.

Had mijn bestelling ontvangen, maar het zat niet mooi en wilde het graag ruilen. Dit omdat je niet mag retouren met sale, ruilen of een cadeaubon kon wel.
Jammer genoeg is mijn email 2x genegeerd en zit ik nu opgescheept met gym kleding die ik niet draag..

Très satisfaite de mes achats, la qualité est là et le service client est adorable :)

Verzending was heel snel dus dat is een heel groot pluspunt. Voor de rest niet erg te spreken over de shorts.
Erg mooie kleuren, maar maten vallen klein. Waar ik normaal in een M/L pas, past een L mij nu niet.
Jammer dat t niet meer size inclusive is!

Heb niks slechts te zeggen! Alles ging top!

Ik heb producten retour gestuurd. Hier heb ik geen bericht over ontvangen. Ik heb ook aangegeven een andere maat te willen ontvangen van 1 van de producten. Ook hierop niks gehoord.

Artikelen retour gestuurd. Krijg geen geld terug maar kan wel tegoed in de shop krijgen.
Staat nog steeds geen tegoed in mijn account. Op de vraag waar dit is krijg ik TOTAAL geen reactie!!! Ik denk dat ik ben opgelicht door Vox !!!!!!!

Ik deed een bestelling van een legging en top, betaalde deze maar 2 weken later nog niets van vernomen. Na contact via mail geen antwoord. Via Instagram kreeg ik wel antwoord dat het niet meer voorradig was. Ze maken een refund aan, ze zouden geld terugstorten. Meer als 2 weken na de refund nog steeds mijn geld niet terug ontvangen. Nogmaals via mail contact proberen op te nemen. Wederom geen antwoord. Via Instagram antwoorden dat ze het gaan nakijken, maar verder opnieuw geen gehoor en geen geld terug.

Unfortunately, VOX Activewear has disappointed me. Their shades across items don't match, their size guide is in accurate, and their labels are sewn on really poorly. I wanted to return these items but was charged €18 for shipping - after just having paid shipping to receive them. I've contacted customer service twice and I am yet to receive a reply.

Firstly, I carefully consulted the sizing chart before making my selection, yet the sports bras I received are still too small, causing discomfort and inconvenience.

Secondly, upon closer inspection, I noticed that the stitching on the products appears to be of poor quality. It seems evident that the items were mass-produced, possibly from a supplier in China, with your branding added afterward. While I understand the nature of global sourcing, I expected a higher standard of craftsmanship.

Thirdly, I ordered a matching espresso sports bra and jacket with the intention of wearing them as a coordinated set. Unfortunately, the colors of the items do not match as expected, detracting from the overall aesthetic I had envisioned.

Fourthly, I was surprised to find that the jacket arrived without a tag attached, leading me to suspect that it may have been returned by a previous customer and then shipped to me. This lack of quality control is concerning and diminishes my confidence in the product's authenticity and condition.

Lastly, upon attempting to initiate a return due to these issues, I discovered that I would be required to cover the return shipping costs, amounting to an additional €18.

I have emailed customer service & I have not received a response.

De kleding is over het algemeen prima, zit mooi. Maar de maten zijn niet zoals het zou moeten zijn en hierdoor twee keer een maat groter moeten bestellen. Retour verwerking duur lang en ik wacht al een lange tijd op een restock, omdat ik nog een tegoedkaart heb. Deze kreeg ik nadat ik een gat in mijn legging had, dat vond ik een erg nette oplossing. Ik heb het idee dat ze de drukte alleen niet helemaal aankunnen. Jammer!

The first and last time I ordered anything from here. I ordered clothing for the first time (in multiple sizes), but unfortunately, everything is too small for me and not comfortable. Unfortunately, I am unable to get my money back and they only offer a voucher. Unfortunately, this voucher is of no use to me as all items are out of stock or not available in my size. I expected a better customer approach and a bit of understanding, but it seems like this is just an easy way for them to make money!

I placed an order with Vox Activewear that included a pair of leggings and a top, and as a bonus, I received an additional top for free. During the payment process, I noticed a policy stating "refund to the original payment method," which was not applicable to sale items. Since I paid the full price for my legging and top and received a free item, I did not consider my purchase (the legging and top) sale items. When my order arrived, I discovered that an incorrect item had been sent. The sizes were also very small so I decided to return everything so I could order the right sizes and exchange the wrong item for the right one.

I didnt receive any confirmation or communication from Vox, so I took the initiative to contact them. It was not until two weeks later that I was informed my return had been received, and I was asked whether I wanted a refund in the form of a gift card or an exchange for other items. I requested a refund, but after receiving no response, I sent another email followed by a message through Instagram DM when I still received no reply.

Finally, on April 3, I was told that I would not receive a cash refund as my purchase was considered a 'sale' item, and was asked if I would instead like a gift card. Although I found this strange, since I did pay full price for the two items, I agreed to the gift card but have since not received any response.

It's April 23 now and I still haven't received my giftcard or any response for that matter.

I'm extremely disappointed by this and I will never order here again!
