excellent service, the server is stable

The worst Company I have done business with.. A guaranty matter must be something unknown for this Company.. If something is wrong with a new item they are lying and says that you have open it and modyfied it.. Buying from them means lost money if something is wrong.. A big advice.. Dont do any business with them.. They are not honest at all.. The Company Im refering to is Vuplus.co.uk

When I asked VU Plus UK, the UK importer of VU equipment, to replace a brand new VU Ultimo 4k which turned out to be defective, they simply ignored my request.

Purchased this machine as I thought it was the most up to date box you could get. How wrong was I. Was unable to set it up myself so got a specialist engineer to do it for me. It is the most complicated piece of equipment I have ever purchased. Unable to change the time to GMT for a start. Followed the instruction manual to change but no joy. Informed the seller who asked what firmware was installed. How should I know!!!!! I was not prepared to configure this machine as I thought all that would have been done when I purchased it as it still appears to bei n factory set up!!!! Would not recommend this machine to be purchased.

I recently bought a VU + UNO 4 K SE TWIN Linux Receiver (2160P box after reading some web sites proclaiming its capabilities. It was sold via Amazon who as usual mucked the delivery up 3 times.
When it finally arrived I plugged it in and started it up, having read the various user sites instructions. However, it just sat there and refused to do what I was informed it should do. After several attempts to get it to download some software it then closed itself down and refused to boot up again properly and has had to be sent back. This is a "Linux" based receiver that has many "open source" software options, however the manufactures in my humble opinion really do need to ensure the pre loaded software is more robust and fail safe. To have a receiver like this and at this price "crash" after attempting to do what it is intended to do is simply not good enough. To compound the situation there are several instructional videos on "YouTube", guess what they are all in German or other Asian languages. It is really too much to make sure there are such videos available in the most widely spoken language in the world??
