After my monthly order was lost by the courier (once they confirmed), i contacted Vuse with what happened.
They issued a replacement very promptly and was delt with very with no problems. Appreciate their help and assistance.

Amazing customer service
My delivery arrived and the contents were missing. I emailed Vuse the pictures of the delivery then I called them and spoke with Gabor. I have to say that Gabor’s customer service skills were phenomenal and the way he dealt with and resolved my issue was exemplary.

Guter Kundenservice
Langjähriger Kunde, alles super. Die Website hat manchmal seine Probleme, aber bei allen Problemen ist der Support immer innerhalb weniger Minuten rangegangen und hat sich ohne Umschweife darum gekümmert.
Vor kurzem z.B. hatte ich einen Pod zu wenig geliefert bekommen. Der Anruf hat 2 Minuten gedauert, Beweise wurden nicht verlangt und der Pod war 2 Tage später da. Ein Traum an Kundenservice!
Die Geschmäcker gefallen mir sehr, vor allem die mit „ICE“. Qualität dieser Liquids im Vergleich zu der Konkurrenz sehr gut, Liquidausstritt ist ein Ausnahmephänomen.

Great customer service!
I've been buying from Vuse for a while now and have never had an issue until my last delivery. The package was empty due to falling out of the cardboard sleeve. I reached out to Vuse and they were absolutely great! They sent me a replacement really quickly and included freebies for the inconvenience. Communication was great and problem resolved quickly. Great customer service...thankyou Vuse team.

My recent order was lost by the courier. Aferdita at customer services was able to order a replacement, as well as, include a gesture of good faith in the way of an additional product at no extra cost. The entire process was dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.

Amazing customer service
My old device was broken, but their customer service is really impressive. David M answered my emails quickly and warmly (even though it's not in the working hours). With this kind of experience, I would definitely choose vuse again in future.

Vuse ist nicht mehr attraktiv
Vuse ist leider nicht mehr das, was es mal war. Die neuen Pods sind geschmacklich nicht wirklich genießbar. Creamy Tobacco, mein Lieblingsgeschmack, schmeckt wie billiger Kaugummi und hat mit dem alten nichts mehr gemeinsam. Auch das ständige gluckern der Vape ist extrem nervend. Wie hier schon jemand geschrieben hat muss nicht jeder im Umkreis von 5 Metern mitbekommen, dass ich an meiner Vape ziehe. Dazu schaltet das Teil ständig auf rot, weil ich scheinbar länger als 5 Sekunden dran ziehe. Die beiden Pods halten bei weitem keine 2.000 Züge und ich rauche auf dem niedrigen Niveau. Sind somit auch völlig überteuert. Da gibt es wesentlich geschmackvollere für weitaus weniger Geld.
Die Nuviu App funktioniert auch nur bedingt. Der Nutzungstracker garnicht. Kann man sich also sparen. Und zu guter letzt: 20mg Nikotin sind in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr zeitgemäß!!! Weniger tut es auch. Wundert mich sowieso sehr, das so viel Nikotin drin ist, weil Vuse ja zu Reynolds American gehört und Rauchen in den USA mehr als verpönt ist.

Vuse customer services
I have been using Vuse products for 2 years and had an issue with the courier not providing a delivery date. The Vuse staff answered my E mails promptly and professionally. They also sent me two packs free to compensate for inconvenience

Vuse have always been great, really speedy service. A few times I’ve had delivery issues they’ve always very helpful sorting everything out.
