They list an item. You pay for it. You wait for it. Then they don't reply to emails requesting despatch date. Then when its time for delivery they finally, finally reply that the item is out of stock. This has happened to me on two occasions. Not impressed!!😡 Waste my flippen time! Bad service and false online listing

I had two swimsuits last year, no problem. This year I’ve ordered swimsuits which haven’t arrived and have no response to three contacts to customer services. I don’t know what’s going on, but my advice is to avoid this company now.

They claim to be a “professional swim suit company”. There is nothing professional about this lot. My order never arrived & the e mail given gets returned as unable to send. This is a scam. Save your money & avoid

What a dreadful company! The products took weeks to arrive, the shipping costs were expensive. They did not fit so I initiated a refund, only to be informed I had to return the swimsuits to China! To help avoid the huge cost of this I was offered a refund of about 50% of what I’d paid. However, since agreeing to this, they are not replying to my emails, my emails are bouncing back to me, informing me the email address does not exist ! Basically I’ve lost £60 with little hope of compensation. Do not buy anything from Walkonbeach ever!

Never even recieved what I order, so I contacted them, was then ask to pick an alternative after I chased them but received no conformation or reply.

Not sure what's happening but they have my money still strangley.

Returns from UK are to China (and cost loads).
The company agreed a partial refund (so I didn't have to pay to return an item to CHINA). However, I have never received the agreed refund. Lots of apologies about the Finance Dept and when I said I was posting my complaint online, I got an email thanking me for my feedback, and that it was very helpful!!! After 2 months of chasing (yes, I am very patient), I have given up - I will never use this company again.

I placed an order for 2 swimsuits at over £50 plus postage. Don't think they are UK based. Delivery time was long and had passed and after reading reviews I doubted that I would receive my order or a refund. After sending an email I was also sceptical. However I am pleased to say that the company did reply timely and cancelled my order as I had requested and a full refund was received within 48 hours . I don't know if I was just fortunate on this occasion but I cannot fault customer service. I would give 5* for their efforts but as my order was not forthcoming I am only giving 3* and would not use the company again for that reason.

Will not respond. Have not delivered the items paid for. Have waited for the time stated said would be delivered. Both orders sit as being processed. Nothing changes. No goods received.

Because zero star isn’t an option.
The swim skirt arrived with a hole. The pattern on the skirt did not match the tankini top nor did it match the picture on the website. The pattern on the skirt was like it had been stretched and looked awful!
The customer service tried to fob me off with 1) replacement 2) 30% discount then 3) 50% discount . I constantly declined and stated that the only solution was full refund and that I wasn’t prepared to pay for postage myself when the goods were faulty and clearly reference my consumer rights and law. Got my money from the swimsuit back. Stay away from this company! Do not waste your money or your time

Ordered a tankini from this company. I live in the United States, and according to their website, standard shipping is 18.49 Australian dollars. My tankini was 56.99. For total of 75.48. Instead I was charged 56.99 plus 72.49 for shipping. I immediately sent an email to the company asking for an explanation. I was ignored. Finally I got an email after sending my receipt to the company and I was told that I asked for express shipping , I did not. But even if I had asked for express shipping, their website states that it is $34.49. Not $72.49. After pointing this out the company once again is ignoring me and I also see that the tracking states that after 4 business days my package is not even being shipped. According to “express delivery” I would be getting my merchandise on
June 16. I am now realizing that this company is a total scam. Do not order from this utterly lying, deceitful company.
Update: in retaliation for my writing this review, walkonbeach has cancelled my order and is now just keeping my money. They are saying , sorry there’s nothing we can do. Transportation is down and all shipment tracking is down, so I’m out $93. DONT ORDER FROM THIEVES

Do not buy from this company. I ordered three tankinis; one is a great fit, the others are much too big. Nowhere in their returns policy does it say that returns have to be sent to the USA. When I tried to make a return the company offered a partial refund, the % rising each time I declined their offer. Eventually I gave in, but they did not pay the refund by the agreed date. When I chased it up they refused to provide the returns address; their emails did not answer my queries; they just offered non-specific platitudes. When I persisted they did pay the agreed refund, but I was still out of pocket. This is a company to be avoided; don't risk your money by doing business with them.

Even one star is generous. They do not accept rerurns and try to haggle a cheap refund with you for far less than you paid. Don’t ever buy from them.

Horrible experience, the company is fraud, do not buy anything from them, it’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for my delivery, they havnt even shipped and no one is responding to any of the emails. They are a big fraud and scam company, stay away from them and save some money.

The item I ordered was cheap, and sizing was way off. When I tried to contact the company, I could not access the website nor the customer service email. I don't know if they have closed down or are having difficulty with their website, but I would not order from them again. I will be donating the bathing suit to a charity.

I bought three swimming costumes. The material was really thin, the stitching really poor and they looked nothing like on the website. I immediately requested a return authorisation as per the website instructions. I was told I had to pay for tracked postage to US. I tried to argue that they are in violation of UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 by not disclosing their off-shore location and by refusing refund on not fit for putpose items. Then followed a long exchange of emails, in which they were offering increasing discount. I declined the offer but offered to accept a £4 deduction, the equivalent of UK return postage. Their English is incredibely poor and several months later of getting nowehere, I reached out to my bank for help. Avoid this company. It's probably a cheap slave labour production and dealing wiht them is beyond frustrating.

I would never, ever buy anything from them again. The products are not fit for purpose. Customer Service is dreadful. I've lost my money.

I have ordered from them a couple of times and for the price, the swim wear is ok, until recently when I needed to exchange a size. They send endless e-mails offering alternative offers, take 20% off and keep the item, then they offered 40% off but with both offers would need to pay shipping both ways. They kept reminding me not to send it to the address on the shipped item. This was confusing and after a few days I was trying to again return it for an exchange and there was no response. Been 2 weeks and no response. I then went onto their website and found out I was blocked! I never responded with anything negative to their e-mails about the offers they had made. Very strange! BEWARE!

My issues are the same as others. I didn't receive a complete order. I was unable to return items and although I get long emails back from them, there is absolutely no follow through. This company is a scam and the products are terrible. Do not order from them! Ordered in August. Still no response by Nov. 12.

This company is horrible!!! I found this company on Amazon and thought I was ordering product through a reputable Amazon vendor. Same story as all the other customer reviews. They won't give you the return authorization or the correct email address and try to keep offering a credit. I reported this company to Amazon and the Better Business Bureau. Also, will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this purchase since I am not able to return it for a refund.

Poor quality and fitting swimsuit.
Tried to return and was told return is to US and very expensive and difficult to arrange so offer was to keep the useless item and receive 25% refund. I declined. A 50% refund offered and accepted because it was the only real option. Took weeks to receive said refund.
Obviously a scam as they promote themselves as an Australian company and item postage cost seeming to be local, but cost to return item nearly as much as item itself, so virtually impossible to achieve a return for full refund.
