SCAM. No item recieved

This company is a scam. I placed an order 13th November 25, emailed them numerous times and heard nothing. The address on their website of newton aycliffe is a factory unit which has been closed for a few years. They are emailing me today(5th January 26) with a 25% off sale. The address currently given is somewhere in the south of England. I was a mug like a lot of reviews. I hope prospective customers read this as there appears to be no way of stopping them.

After numerous unanswered emails my print arrived after about 5 weeks I sincerely wish it hadn’t the frame is so weak it could be balsa wood and did not meet at the corners the tangs holding the print had snapped however I persevered and finally got it hung only for the print to come away from the backing cardboard. Obviously my complaints have been met with deaf ears by the company

I would advise nobody order from this company,,,thats if there is a company,,I ordered a picture 11th October still waiting for it 12 weeks I've emailed 6 times nobody gets back intouch with you, must be the easiest money they've made off decent people, they not worth one star

Do not order from these, I wish I had read the reviews before spending £60 ordered a canvas 1 month ago..still not received it..not replying to emails..customer service telephone number constantly engaged.. avoid at all costs

Ordered November for Christmas. Nothing arrived. Five emails to customer service no reply. Well I have truely learned a lesson read reviews first. Now applying for chargeback. They are registered in UK surely given the amount they are taking off people, this outfit can be stopped from trading.

I have since discovered this company have ceased trading, but somehow are managing to still extract funds from those who don’t realise. I have received a chargeback by my bank, please report this to your bank or credit card company and you will get full refund. If this only helps one person save their money and time, it will be worth it.

PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE!! This review is not 1 star it is ZERO STARS. Ordered a wall canvas mid November and we are now into a new year and still haven’t received anything!! Currently going through Chargeback process with my bank to get the £115 back and it has been approved but still waiting on the money clearing in my bank as this so called “company” can challenge the decision - really hoping this does not happen as they have no right to do so as there has been zero customer service or effort to even dispatch yet alone deliver the canvas. Absolutely disgusting company, I can see by other reviews that they have done this to many customers, unsure how their website is still able to operate when they are clearly just taking money with no intention of delivering the service!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I can’t believe this company can still have a web site up and running! Made the mistake of ordering and paying for some artwork in November. They took the payment and I never even received a confirmation email. When I try and contact them via email there’s no reply and the phone number on the site is not a valid number so you just get ‘call failed’ message. This is basic fraud and something needs to be done about it.

Just made a report to Report Fraud, I encourage every single person who has been scammed by this scum to raise an additional report. I will share my reference number with Trustpilot. This thief must be stopped.

Absolute rubbish, took my money and not heard a thing more.this company deserves to be investigated, absolutely no communication, canvas not delivered, I’ve asked for a refund and heard nothing. Big lesson learnt! My advice to anyone thinking of using them is DONT! They dont deserve 1 star!

Guaranteed not to deliver but take your money.
Report these theiving scum to trading standards and anyone else who can highlight their low life activities.
Any recent reviews with anyhing more than one star are obviously part of the scam. Either first review or a review every year or so.
Don't but anthing from this company.

Do not fall for this. Paid £220 for a picture that still hasn’t turned up 3 months later

Unable to get any reply from multiple emails and calls. The tracking has now been deluged from the app also.

It’s been raised with my bank and I’m expecting a full refund in January

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Took £72 off me in November and still no delivery. Their customer service is non existent and they do not respond to emails. No phone number. What a rip-off

order never showd up, no communication from them either, paypal reimbursed me in the end..

Scam, Scam, Scam, Scam, be warned do not buy from this company. They dont send the item and won't respond to emails or phone calls.

No delivery after nearly 3 weeks plus like other reviews no answer to emails or phone absolutly disgusting that they are still able to advertise AVOID do not buy from this company.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Avoid at all costs, clearly a scam. Ordered in time for Xmas delivery. No sight of order and company non contactable despite several attempts. Disgusting.

Poor customer service. I ordered a canvas on 29 November, and paid. I have tried to contact them multiple times but they do not respond and the phone number is permanently engaged
