I booked a cab for my 88 year old mother but gave the wrong house number !! The driver contacted me as my mother doesn’t have a mobile phone … he was very patient while I sorted out the correct house number … then pulled his car onto the drive so it was less distance for mum mother who has mobility issues
At the destination address he helped my mother to the door and made sure she got in her house safely

Driver was kind an patient as we are very slow due to disability.

We booked a cab to collect us from Gatwick Airport, to include 'meet and greet' in the terminal.

We received a text to say the driver was on his way, but he was not waiting for us when we got to the arrivals hall.

After waiting 15 minutes, we called and were told that we would have to meet the driver outside, but the car was not there either.

The car did eventually turn up, but the driver took us home on a very strange route, which took at least 20 minutes longer than usual.

Great journey and help.

We have used wall cars for many years have never been let down. Always on time and polite. Help us with our cases. When we have a pick from the airport they text the car make and number plate collecting you so finding them is no problem .

We recently used wallington cars for airport transfers both out and on our return with 7 seaters we found the drivers very prompt and very helpful and would certainly use them again

Third time I have used Wallington Cars for airport transfers and would definitely recommend them and use them again. Friendly service over the phone. I was able to use my own car seat for my toddler for the airport drop off, they stored it and brought it back for our return journey. Too easy! Quick, friendly service from the driver too. Who also very thoughtfully put on kids music to entertain my son on the journey home.

Would definitely recommend using WALLINGTON CARS. From booking on the phone, to being kept informed by text. Pick up for airport run at 3.30AM driver sent text saying way along with car make and reg. you worry they’ll won’t turn up at that in the morning. Then pick up at Gatwick by Paul, again sent text saying will be there, car make, reg and where he was parked. GREAT SERVICE GUYS-WILL USE AGAIN. THANK YOU X
