The driver arrived in good time to collect us from Gatwick and kept in touch throughout the wait for our luggage. He also agreed to a slight diversion on the journey home to drop off an additional family member who had been stranded due to problems with public transport. Very courteous and efficient.

On time for both journeys very pleased with the service

Use Wallington Cars reqularly for airport transfers but an extra huge thank you to the driver who drove us from Gatwick in the early hours of Sunday morning in atrocious conditions.
We landed in the snow and were delayed as the steps for the aircraft were frozen then the luggage was delayed over an hour.
He kept in contact and was calm and curtious. We were all impressed with his driving through ghastly conditions and felt safe in his hands.
I'm also enjoying the fact you can pay with card in advance via a link, saves having to have the cash on us.
