I have tried reaching out to Wanderlust + Co multiple times as they requested when asking to complete a return. My follows ups have been outstanding for months and not a single acknowledgement of my emails. I will not be buying from here again based on this customer service alone.

The first strawberry locket i got had a broken clasp, and the replacement one only lasted less than 10 days of wearing (no showering, moisturisers or perfumes) before the plating wore off & it changed from gold to silver. Most of my jewellery is gold plated & I've worn most pieces from other brands 100x more than this without any plating coming off. Terrible quality, don't buy!

Terrible customer service, I have sent several emails and still haven’t received a reply. The jewelry designs are really cute but the quality is only mid. I’d say it’s overpriced for what they offer, which is unfortunate because I genuinely like their designs.

I felt confident ordering through the iconic and ordered in time for Christmas with a couple weeks when it said 3-5 days but then it was shipped from Malaysia. They said it missed it's first pick up for flight. When it finally got to Australia it was given to Aramex they said it failed delivery but didn't notify me for a day only to then tell me that they don't deliver to Aus Post and I needed to provide another address but by now I have 3 tracking numbers, none of which work and they refuse to acknowledge the old address so won't accept any update.
So I reply to email, they then reply to say the address is incomplete... Like wth!!!!
I send a shorter version of the address because what else can I do??
So I can't even say if the item is any good but now I don't have a Christmas gift for a family member because it's with Aramex and it's now Christmas eve.
So shop at your own peril because so far nothing is trustworthy with this and I regret purchasing from them.
Still yet to find out if the item itself is rubbish.

Purchased earrings and 2 x bracelets, one of the bracelet came with a faulty clasp and won’t open or close properly making the bracelet unwearable. Emailed the company with photos and got a response saying we will get back to you on the next steps but nothing has been done about it. I even emailed them with follow-up requests twice as these are gifts with the event approaching but there is absolutely no response from them. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour when you have spent hundreds of dollars!

They claim the product is silver, but it is actually a copper-nickel alloy, and tarnishes just after a year. It is not worth this price. Customer service has no response after the sale.
