I found the webinar interesting and learned some valuable information. Because of the nature of the subject I understand that interactive elements would be difficult to carry out. I found sitting listening to Lorna speaking to us quite a lot, but this is also my my learning style. The information within the course was valuable and interesting.
I didn't have much knowledge on CQC, only who they are, prior to the training.

She has excellent knowledge, experience, always keen to help and made everything way less stressful than I expected. Lorna guided me all through initial start up, choosing right policies and procedures, interview prep with really clear advice, and now we’re officially registered and good to go.
