Love my purchase!

I was a bit hesitant to order online, but I am so impressed with Wararni! The quality is fantastic, and it looks exactly like the photos on the website. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was beautiful. Will definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend!

Defects in Valentino-sweater

I purchased a pre-owned Valentino cashmere sweater through Wararni. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing.
The sweater had a defect (a small hole in the knit), which was discovered upon first wear. To prevent the damage from worsening, I immediately took it to a professional well-renowned tailor.
Wararni, however, refuses to take responsibility, stating that the item was “in proper condition at the time of dispatch” and that the damage occurred during use. I disagree with this, the defect appeared upon first wear, which typically indicates a pre-existing weakness in the material.
My girlfriend has all in all been wearing the sweater for less than 30 minutes and it fits her perfectly.
It is ridiculous to claim that a high-end sweater takes damage from being worn when worn for such a short period of time.
I do not feel that Wararni takes responsibility in a situation where there is a genuine and reasonable doubt about the condition of the item at delivery. As a customer, you are left bearing the full risk, even with high-value purchases.
A frustrating experience, where customer service appears dismissive rather than solution-oriented.

We would like to clarify the facts for transparency.

The Valentino sweater was a pre-owned item that was carefully inspected and documented prior to shipment. Detailed condition photos (time-stamped before dispatch) confirm that there was no hole or defect present on the sleeve, and these images were shared directly with you.

The issue was reported after the sweater had been worn and subsequently taken to a third-party tailor. At that stage, it is unfortunately no longer possible to attribute the damage to the original condition of the item.

It is also important to note that fine cashmere knitwear is inherently delicate, and damage can occur during wear—even after a short period—without this indicating a pre-existing defect.

We always aim to handle cases fairly and based on documented evidence, and we stand by the condition in which the item was delivered.
