Wine? What Wine!!!!!
Ordered one case some time ago which was a good price with good wines. Since then I keep receiving offers which I try to buy but which have mysteriously disappeared from the site. Only the more expensive ones remain.
Ordering anything now seems such a long winded business. My partner has just spent half a hour with several credit cards and still hasn’t achieved his order of the six bottles discount which is now nowhere to be seen on the Warehouse Wine site. All discount offers have been taken off the site again. Go down to Waitrose!

Wine did not arrive on time
Wine did not arrive on time, when it did arrive there were 3 bottles of red wine and 1 white, I ordered 6 red. Worst customer service possible. Avoid this company at all costs, Paul

Outstanding customer service
We have enjoyed pretty much every bottle we’ve had from Warehouse Wines but what sets them apart is the quality of their customer service. We’ve recently moved house and I mistakenly didn’t update the address, so called them to see if they could change it. They rang me back to say the order had already been picked so they had requested the address swap but couldn’t guarantee it. It turned up at our new house the next day but they nevertheless called a couple of times to make sure I had received it. Now they’ve called again a couple of months later to make sure our latest order has arrived. Like I say, brilliant customer service, decent wines for a decent price on top!

I have tried all the bottles I purchased and I have to say what a miserable experience! No body,poor taste....I could go on and on...I will therefore never buy from your company and would steer friends away from purchasing,AVOID!!!!
