Zack and Shaun came today and removed the old fiberglass from my loft and installed new eco friendly rock wall. They also installed foil and done an amazing job looks good too. Thankyou

Zack and Oliver came today and removed foam from our loft they have done and amazing job and relayed Rockwall to make the loft look new again thank you to the lads would highly recommend.

Just like a lot of the ‘real’ reviews my mum, who has had dementia for nearly 10 years, was accosted by this company. Cold called her, I’m sure checked she was on her own like most of the comments state, then Edward Jarvis came and spent 2 & a half hours with her, got her to sign a competency form, when you can tell after 5 minutes with her she has dementia. He took £700 from her account which we cannot get back, but they were going to charge £3500 for some work which was absolutely nothing and apparently took 4.5 hours!! Please please keep an eye out for this company. They are complete scam artists but there is nothing the police can do as they’re are up as a ‘real’ company. He even got her to sign a competency form stating she understood everhting, the waived the 15 day cooling off period (obviously because family would have found out and stopped it). They’re just disgusting people and I really hope Trading Standards get them as they have been reported. Absolute con artists who even tried to justify it saying ‘just because they’re over 70 doesn’t mean they don’t know what they’re doing’! True, but you spent 2.5 hours with her, you would of known. Disgusting people.

My 80 yr old mum has had yet another call off Warmer Solutions. I've asked them at least 4 times to delete her off their list!
They ring when I'm at work (occasionally I'm working from home so can intercept the calls).
They've took money once (to my knowledge) and still keep trying. This company needs investigating. Not all older people will have someone to look out for them. Disgraceful company.

Absolutely shocked and disgusted that your sales person pressured my elderly mother in law to pay £1,000 for damp insulation and used my children as a reason that it needed done asap. Saying if she paid the deposit today of £1,000 she would get a reduced rate! Trying to get the money back!
Shame on you for preying on the vulnerable . Karma will come

Zack and Shaun came this afternoon and installed foil in my loft was very high loft so Zack had to work of a ladder they both worked very hard and completedthe job with in a few hours very happy with what they have shown me thank you to zack and shaun and the companywould highly recommend.

Joe and Sheldon were very polite and friendly. They were very thorough and efficient. A good advert for the Company.

We had our roof spaces foiled and the outside of the house ProPerla'd after a visit from Isabelle to assess the moisture in our loft spaces and walls; inside and out. Isabelle was polite and friendly and explained everything we needed to know. The people doing the work worked hard, were friendly and professional. They were happy to explain what was going on throughout and cleaned up after themselves. Isabelle stayed in contact to check on the work and is planning a follow up visit to make sure we are satisfied in about 3 months.

Joe and Sheldon were very quick and efficient. They explained the steps and cleared up when finished. Very pleasant guys, good job done

Had Superfoil insulation installed in my loft by Joe and Sheldon who worked really hard in extreme conditions. They worked diligently and tidied up when finished. Importantly for me they were courteous,kind and very understanding and helped to put my mind at rest. The finished job looked good and I can only hope that it does what I was assured it would do and keep the house warmer and save money. However, I would suggest that the staff at Warmer Solutions took lessons in customer care(maybe from Joe and Sheldon) as I found them sadly lacking in this respect.

Warmer Solutions prey on the vulnerable. My father has dementia and was persuaded to part with thousands of pounds to spray foam his loft. This form of insulation is inappropriate for his type of roof and it will cost many more thousands to remediate before his home can be sold. Even after being told my father had dementia, the company continued to try to sell to him with workman turning up and starting work on his roof without approval.

SCAMMERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
These people tried to target my vulnerable elderly neighbour today but luckily she had rung me before one of their reps had turned up. One of the questions they had asked her on the phone was her age and did she live alone?!! The reps face dropped when i answered the door. Do not trust these people. They target the elderly & the vulerable and use bullying tactics to get them to part with money.
Total scam artists.

Despite refusing entry to their surveyor they still phoned me yet again. This time a manager clarifying time sheets BS as usual. They can't help themselves Lying Lying Lying.
He said it wasn't them who phoned every week for over a year. Must have been other people! Basically called me a liar. Then said I was a passive aggressive person! I denied this. Told him I am an aggressive aggressive person and he could F¥#$ off,
I hung up but I'm sure they will be back 😨😂
