Requested a quote for warranty on a car I brought 3 months ago that came with this warranty provider, called me up very clear explanation on different plans, was able to offer me a very fair price for 3 years coverage.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I bought a car in December 2025 in February 2026 it was making a noise after having this checked by 2 garages it was confirmed by both i needed the timing chain replaced!!! okay i chose the garage recommended by a friend. Contacted the garage i bought the car from, he said leave it with me thankfully you have 3 months premium warranty..
initially i missed the first call from Warrenty first as i work!!
then i was sent 2 emails to explain they cover costs up to £1000 , ?
a few days in, a call handler calls me to ask if i would like to renew my warrenty
I said Absolutely not! as the day before i was informed they will not pay for my timing chain as it isn’t a mechanical fault!! plus my car is over 7 years old.. so not covered.. under the premium warrenty although is states it is.. the clause is my car is over 7 years old.
why sale the policy then !?!
I was sold this policy from the garage i bought my car from.
As you can imagine my question was , why sale a policy to any person! with a car over 7 years old ? if his is false information.
On discussing this outcome, with 3 mechanic’s all from separate garages each informed me, a timing chain has always been mechanical !!!
Take them to court no win No fee that’s where i am,
Not a company i would recommend.

AVOID like the plague not worth the paper it's written on they will get out of helping and paying for any issues you have the warranty only covers things that don't break on your car i got the cover when I purchased the car 5 months ago and the breaks are needing replaced with discs and surprises surprises it is not covered
So you are better just paying for any issues you have yourself and avoid these rip off merchants completely
