I took our foster dog, Nell, for a full health check on Wednesday 4th March.
Oliver carried it out.
He was fantastic. Caring, thorough & gave very good advice.
I really hope Oliver stays at the practice.

I’ve been using this vets for some years, always pleasant and efficient. With a great variety of experiences.
Yesterday came the time to put our old dog to sleep. Well they went above and beyond. We were taken in through a side entrance to a room which had been laid out with blankets beautifully. Everything was at our pace. I can’t praise them enough. I’d recommend this vet 100%

A kind and compassionate team who go above and beyond. We found a lump on my dogs neck on Saturday morning. Rang straight through and got an appointment first thing Monday morning, had she not have already eaten they would have admitted her there and then but the following day she was booked in for tests. I was kept updated through texts and phone calls all day, at no point did I have to think "what's happening now" because they had already updated me. The advise and the results were clear and they have rang me today just to check on our dog. This is the kind of care and compassion I would want for a human and I'm so grateful to have recieved it for my pooch. It means alot. Thankyou

As well as being overcharged for medications that they claim they mention you can buy online cheaper, never said that to me and got funny when asked for a prescription. Their handling of the pet plans is terrible issue after issue, payment requests via my bank hadn’t been communicated. Find another vet!

Prior to this review ,i had requested a face to face with the director, this did not happen.

Having spent a lot of money with my very unwell dog, and still no diagnosis, no medication prescribed.. and certainly NO URGENCY WITH ANCA
i was told to go eleswhere,
can you believe that !!!

I did immediately..
and.
i wish to thank you for telling me to do that..
My very unwell dog was so poorly when i saw this incredible new vet the very next day. And immediately started meds, i was told if we left her sny longer i would have lost her,
if we had done any further investigation,(was told by warren house receptionist to do investigation under anesthetic) we would have lost her.
She has been diagnosed with a condition that
YOU "Vet of the year"
failed to see...diagnose and treat
Within two visits to her new vet, we were very clear what was happening !!

Obviously this story is too long for this platform, hence wanting a face to face, so i could tell warren house, exactly what i thought of their care ...
Maybe they should think about the animals more!!!
Instead of just about the money !!

Who on earth would say
" get referred elsewhere"
Thanks to my new vet my dog has turned a corner
And no thanks to you !!

But thank you for "suggesting" for want of a better word.... i go elsewhere

I took my dog to this vets today and I was so pleased with the treatment she received, I was keep up-to date with her progress.
I will never used another vet only them, excellent service thank you all so much for the kindness you showed my dog

Wonderful vets in Brownhills. Anca and her team looked after Lily and saved her.
She was in a bad way and they cared and did everything for her.
They are professional, Caring and so kind.
We will never forget what you did for her x

Goodness knows what veterinary practice the person reviewing below is talking about.. It definitely is NOT Warren House Vets in Brownhills West Midlands. The care and attention given here is second to none, they are professional, caring and the best our pets could wish for. Check your details first, reviewer, don't write rubbish. Warren House is FANTASTIC

You are definitely the vet practice I am referring to. Maybe you should concentrate on your NHS work????

Called Christmas lane branch yesterday evening and asked if they would see my 3 year old chihuahua who was having a fit was told no as the dog was not registered with them even though me and my other pets were registered I explained I had not long owned her and would register her now was told no and to find another vets very rude receptionist, I have been issuing this branch for 3 years with my other dogs I will never return there disgusting service,
