Water Features 2 Go Avaliações 

I recently ordered two water features and paid £380 on May 2nd 1 of the fountains arrived and it is very nice but the carrier assured me there was only 1 on his delivery sheet So straight away I tried to phone the company but just got an answer phone message saying no one was available and to phone back later after trying twice more I gave up since then I have emailed the company 3 times and attempted to phone several times with no luck So here I am with no means of contacting them or getting a refund I find this very frustrating and not sure how to get my cash back for the undelivered fountain

I am so pleased with my solar water feature. My first choice was out of stock, but with the help of Laura I now have a lovely water feature in my garden.

Ordered the Penang water feature a couple of weeks ago and the money came out of my account so fast! So I was a bit worried after a few days when they advised the water feature had been dispatched but I hadn’t received it. Put a ticket in and was answered very quickly saying on inspection it was broken so they had to order a new one. It was promised the following week but didn’t come so I put in another ticket. The water feature arrived today (16 days from ordering) and it is really beautiful. It was worth the wait!

Very disappointed having ordered a water feature from them for a birthday gift it arrived in a very dusty package and upon opening I have discovered one of the leaf features is sheared off! I have emailed as instructed to the support email and having received only a support ticket and no reply several days later I have emailed again to deafing silence. I have also tried to call a number of times but get a recorded message saying it will over over 30 minutes to be helped. I hoped this was an over estimate so I hung on but having given up the will to live I have had to give up each occasion.

So I am stuck with a broken water feature I can't use as a gift and no response or help from the supplier. I have even rang the manufacturer who was helpful but said it is for the supplier to resolve as they ship the items in whole so they have no way to resolve the issue themselves. I would like to know how this is an acceptable approach from an online company for items worth several hundred pounds in this day and age. Surely you can respond to emails within 4 working days or calls! I need to be contacted asap re replacing my item asap!

Very poor service, they state their deliveries are running normally. Yet they have taken my money, supposedly dispatched my item a few weeks ago, yet there is still no sign of it. Tried to get further updates, but being ignored!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Absolute usless company , got our delivery today 2nd june unrapped and as usual its damaged, tried phoning waited 20 minute then said call back later , total 🛎🔚 wasted £200 wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering a water feature from this company typical business , couldnt care less once they have your money.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY FEEL IVE BERN SCAMMED
AND OH BLESS THE'VE REPORTED MY FEEDBACK TO TRUST PILOT , WATERFEATURES2 GO ANSWER THE PHONE INSTEAD OF FOBBING ME OFF OR REPLACE IT BY TOMORROW AND ILL REMOVE MY REVIEW , SIMPLE AS THAT ??? I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN

Terrible, stressful purchase
Product arrived damaged and parts missing, terrible customer service, they ignore your emails, fob you off on the phone when you manage to get through, l have spent hours phoning them and emailing them, and at present have wasted 2 days waiting in for delivery and return. I am currently£372 out of pocket.

I posted a review a few weeks ago regarding this company. Well, Yesterday we constructed the water feature with the pump we had originally purchased (which in the end they offered to us free of charge due to all the problems we had encountered). We Charged the solar panel in the house overnight, attached it all together this morning and it worked for approx half an hour and then surprise...it stopped. Motor not working at all. Checked pipes, solar etc....nothing. What a carry on with water features 2go. When the water feature arrived in the wrong box we thought this could be trouble, well we were right.
VERY disappointed to say the least!!

Ordered water feature from them after another company had kept me waiting since March. Delivery was 3 - 6 working days. It came within the time. I had a query on it and spoke to Laura who was very pleasant and helpful and she did everything she said she would.
Would definitely use this company again.
The water feature is perfect and just what I wanted.

We ordered our water feature from here and the service we received was amazing, we went with standard delivery and it was with us within three days. Its just finished our garden off nicely. The quality of the product is very good and we would highly recommend water features to go

Ordered 450LPH pump on Wednesday following on line chat and advice from Laura, pump delivered Friday and installed same day. Great service by all, good product and very satisfied with purchase, many thanks to all.

I must say we have been delighted with the service we have received from Water Features 2 Go, initially the delivery and product was timely received and to our liking. We discovered an issue with the product that could not have been known until set-up. The customer service by Laura to sort this out was excellent and very prompt. The special gift for my wife's 50th was not affected. I would heartily recommend there services should anyone want any reassurance.

We are delighted with the granite water feature we have installed in our garden during these lockdown days. The quality of the product is first class and very good value for money. When the original order was out of stock, Laura was so helpful in having a quick rethink and changed the order for us without fuss. All communication has been professional and thoughtful. Thank you

Just wanted to say how delighted I was to receive the above promptly and in good order.
Took me literally 5 minutes to get it set up a running. Nice gurgle in the garden now and looking forward to playing with the other spray heads.

Received the Sandstone 60cm Water Feature kit today after courier contacted yesterday to ensure would be in for delivery. The delivery guy was really pleasant and put the pallet in the back garden which was so helpful. It is already in and functioning and I cannot express how delighted I am with the feature - it far exceeds our expectations and is a real eye catching piece for the garden. We have been impressed and delighted with not only the quality of the product but the excellent service provided by Water Features 2 Go. No problems encountered with delivery or product but sure if there had been any issues would have been sorted out quickly. If you are looking for a quality water feature such as this - use Water Features 2 Go without hesitation!
Since posting review found that the pool leaked, contacted Laura who was so helpful. Sent replacement the next day but that one was damaged and now awaiting second replacement. Couldn’t have been more helpful or speedy in response ( really is a five star service)!!!

Helpful, knowledgeable and patient when I was seeking a change of water feature under time pressure from my landscaper. The company not only helped me make my mind up, but then at no extra cost they dispatched the item by overnight courier so the reservoir could be installed just in time, for the base to be laid for the patio tiles.

We ordered two stone water features and they were delivered the very next day. The packaging was very well thought out and when we called a few days later to seek clarification on details about installation the team was very helpful and patient with us. Every customer care team should be like these guys.

I ordered water feature from this company which arrived damaged. I sent them pictures of the damaged item and within days I had received a replacement item. The quality of response was excellent, I could actually communicate with the company and the quality of the product i now have is excellent. Can't wait to set it up and see it in action.
